I’ve been using the Dr.Foot Adjustable Orthopedic Heel Lift Inserts for a few weeks, and I’m really impressed with how comfortable and well-designed they are. The heel support is excellent — it provides just the right amount of lift without throwing off my balance or making my shoes feel tight. The adjustable layers are a great touch, allowing me to customize the height boost depending on which shoes I’m wearing. The material quality feels premium — soft yet durable — and it doesn’t flatten out after hours of use. I also appreciate that the inserts are washable, which helps keep them fresh and hygienic. One pleasant surprise is that there’s no strong chemical smell like with some other inserts. I have one leg shorter than the other. I did not find this out until pretty late in life so some damage was already done. My doctor recommended inserts for my right shoe since it was the sorter leg. He gave me some, and they were really hard. They worked ok under an insole but they didn't fit the bill for a lot of my shoes, especially sandals. I tried 5-7 different brand of inserts on Amazon and retail places. Almost all of them required some sort of modification to fit in my shoe correctly and I had to use some additional adhesive to get them to work, there are sized great. The Dr Foot lifts are by far the best ones I have used. My foot and back pain are all but gone. Walking ease or standing for a long period is no longer absolutely miserable for me. The support provided is great, even though it's not as firm as the Doctor provided ones. They are durable enough to be used in my sandals and slides. I did have to use some double sided tape for those since there is nothing to hold them in place like you would have in a shoe , and water does release the adhesive that comes with them (wash a reuse principle). Overall they are just what I needed to stop the pain.

I have a difference in the length of my legs due to a hip replacement. Getting a professional lift made was too expensive, so I decided to give these lifts a try. They have worked very well for me. They come with several layers so the height can be customized. They have adhesive on the back, so they stick inside my shoes fairly well. The adhesive does wear off, but if I am using them in a shoe with a heel, that doesn’t matter. I also use them with sandals, but I need to replace them more often. These lifts have been a good, inexpensive solution to my issue. I would recommend them.

These are very nice and when all pieces are placed together equal the 9 mm height addition that I need. They adhere well and are very comfortable in my footwear. Haven’t tried with a sandal.

OK, maybe I'm just cheap, but I bought these with the intention of using them in whatever pair of shoes I am wearing that day, switching them as needed. So these arrive, three different lifts that you can stick together to create level you prefer (use one, two or three - or technically, if you don't want them in both shoes, you could get one lift as high as 6 levels together). First glitch was that it was tricky to line them up exactly when sticking them together, and once they are together, good luck prying them apart to reposition. Each layer has the sticky part covered with a slick, clear plastic. In theory, that shouldn't be a problem, but it also means that when all 3 layers are stuck together, the bottom still has that plastic, unless you are willing to uncover the sticky. So I put them in my shoes, and as the day went on, I soon discovered that the plastic cover makes them slick, and they slide around in my shoes. I dealt with it for a few days, and then realized that the plastic cover was starting to come off anyway, so I decided to just remove it and stick them in the shoes, hoping that they would transfer to other pairs without too much trouble. This is working for now, and the inserts stay in place while wearing them, but peeling them up and putting them in a different pair of shoes is not all that easy. I also noticed that they are definitely showing signs of wear and permanent indentations after only a couple weeks of use, which means that they are no longer lifting as much as they should. I suspect they won't last much longer and I'll need new lifts. I will definitely choose a different brand for my next ones and watch for a something that will transfer to different pairs better.

I have purchased this product many times. I had hip surgery and felt that my leg length was different. It was measured by the doctor and agreed it was less than a centimeter shorter. However, this small difference really showed up when I used Dr Foot in that shoe, which put the leg at the same level as the other one. The nice thing about Dr Foot is there are three pieces to the set and you can put in the amount that you feel you need or do a trial for yourself. Pads come as a two pack so you have six pieces in all that you can try. I would not want to be without having this help in my shoe, I can feel the difference when I stand up and when I’m walking. The pad has adhesive on it so you can use it on a sandal too. I really feel by having this pad in my shoe. It relieves some pain in my back at waist area. I have tried other products. .

This is a fine product. It looks good (even though it’s not visible to the public) and provides the heel lift I need.

Like the lift factor. Omfortable. Just wish they adhered better to shoe.
