Van HeusenMen's Dress Shirt Regular Fit Pinpoint Solid

I've had bad luck trying to buy dress shirts sight-unseen, but I took a chance with this shirt. In a word, outstanding!. Perfect fit in the neck, sleeves, and around my chest - the fabric is a cotton blend which is nice and smooth, the white is a brilliant white, the buttons work, and it is more or less, pretty much wrinkle-free - just needed a minor ironing out of the package. The price is right (can you believe dress shirts at over $150 these days?). I'll be purchasing additional shirts from this company in the very near future. Thank you.

I've been dieting and losing a lot of weight, so I needed to buy new dress shirts for work. As the selection here is better than the individual stores I shop at, I like to buy my shirts on Amazon. (Their easy clothing return policy is a key point that lets me be comfortable ordering shirt types and sizes I haven't seen in person.) I like a traditional, crisp, button-down look so I found several brands that offered that style and ordered one of each. While all of them were more-or-less adequate, this shirt, the Van Heusen Men's Pinpoint Regular Fit, is my favorite.It fits me well; I have a long torso and this shirt is long enough that it doesn't pull out from dress pants after sitting for awhile. I like the feel of the material. (I prefer pinpoint fabric as opposed to twill or broadcloth in my dress shirts.) It's attractive and wears well throughout the day without a lot of wrinkling (another benefit of pinpoint). The price here is also very reasonable for a good work dress shirt.My only complaint, and it's a purely personal one, is that until about 20 years ago, the next little town down from where I grew up used to have a Van Heusen shirt factory in it. But it closed, good people lost their jobs, and the work went overseas. The people working there were not getting rich by any stretch of the imagination, but you can't compete with countries where companies can pay a only fraction of even our minimum wage. I don't specifically blame Van Heusen, as everybody else has done it, too. I would gladly pay more for this shirt if it were still American made, but that ship has long since sailed, for fabric/textile products and a whole slew of other things we used to make in America.That aside, I like this shirt and recommend it if you need a good, relatively inexpensive dress shirt for your office. Five stars.

I would give these shirts a five star, but the collar buttons are too close, and it causes the collar to swell up and have a bump in it around the neck tie. It is true to size, but I get tired of pulling down my collar around my neck tie.

The fit and quality of this shirt were excellent. A great value for a nice dress shirt.

This shirt arrived on time, packaged nicely, fits exactly right, looks great. I'll be back to buy another one when the need arises.

I would love to have kept this beautiful shirt, but it looked someone spilled coffee on it before shipping it! Really disappointed! Going to order another one.Update: 11/2Ok I received my second shirt. The shirt itself was awesome but the way it came was barely acceptable! I came in the clear retail type packaging with the label on it! It had the easy open packaging which wasn't sealed at the bottom which left the shirt to possibly getting dirty. Like I said this is an awesome dress shirt with nice smooth pinpoint texture. I give the shirt itself 5 🌟 but Amazon's handling was not to their normal standards.

The shirt fits nicely and has a nice button down collar (not one of those STUPID spread collars that won't cover the tie knot). The sleeves seem a little long. I have purchased 34-35 sleeves my whole life. These sleeves hag out below the sleeves of my jacket 3 inches.
