A quality, beautifully crafted handmade mug. I can actually see imperfections in the metal on the inside from them welding it to the wood resin. They're the kind of imperfections that actually make your mug seem even cooler and better because you know without a doubt that this is indeed some very fine craftsmanship. Such a well crafted, beautiful mug. I bought it as a birthday gift for my brother and he LOVED it. He is a huge LoTR nerd and began singing the Green Dragon song when he opened it. Since it is handmade, it took a little longer to get here (about 2 weeks) but it still came faster than a comparable mug from Etsy...and was $20 cheaper. I am very happy with it and will most likely buy more mugs like this for Christmas gifts.

This was supposed to be a gift for my sister's 20th birthday. A bunch of her siblings pooled their money together to get this for her, since she's a huge fan of this kind of mug. When she opened it, she was pretty disappointed. There were two sizable cracks that ran the length of the mug, and the wood was brightly colored where it was split. The effect definitely cheapened the overall look of the product- which was sad because of how much we had paid for it in the first place. After discovering the defect, I asked her if she wanted to keep it, but she sadly asked me to return it instead. It was a pretty underwhelming birthday present, and disappointing moment for all of us.-- Update: 6/15We returned the cracked one, and had another one sent out. The second was much better. Updating my stars to 4.

This mug is so cool, it’s nice and heavy too! I got this to give as a gift and it’s killing me to not give it early. The inside is lined with a metal insert, great for actually using it.5 stars! Merry and Pippin would 110% drink the only brew for the brave and true from this Green Dragon beer mug.

If you’re a LOTR/HOBBIT fan this is a must to add to your collection. Wether you actually use it for your favorite beverage or simply keep it in your collectible section at home, this mug is great. Craftsmanship is incredible and really allows you to feel apart of the movie. Two thumbs up for me!

This is a beautiful piece to add to my son’s LOTR collection but the name plaque is a bit crooked and the stainless steel inside is not smooth and beat up looking. Not sure if just mine or trying to look beat up.Will never let my sin drink out of it anyways because his lips would touch the wood and I’m just not sure about the safety of that material here or even the stainless since it’s beat up.Also kinda weird that it’s a left handed handle unless that’s some LOTR thing I don’t know about lol 😂
