Organic Optimum Power Blueberry Flax Cereal, 14 oz (Pack of 1)

Love this cereal! It’s the perfect combination of fiber and protein. I add it to my yogurt with blueberries. I also add it to my smoothies for a natural “earthy” taste. Whenever I get off my routine when traveling I have to get home to get back to being “regular”, so instead I now take a large bag with me because everyone has yogurt on their breakfast bar. I also like to keep a baggie in my backpack and on my desk at work. It keeps me going when I feel a dip of energy and just need a little nibble to pick up my energy. Very versatile.

June'24: High quality ingredients and taste, but the manufacturer could do with a little less of those "wheat noodles" and more flakes or clusters. I wanted to like this cereal enough to buy it again but those noodles are *way too hard on a person with alot of expensive dental work* to eat right out of the box! Solution was to let them soak in the milk for at least 5 minutes but either less noodles or mix with something so they're not so hard. Otherwise a very appealing product especially for the real tastes.

Excellent natural product. Add fruit and you got a real treat. The flakes do not go soggy in milk very good tasty all natural cereal from whole grains.

I love this cereal, I have been eating it for a few years now. For whatever reason I can no longer find it on store shelves around me. It has the best nutritional values I can find in the cereal aisle.

This has been my favorite cereal for years. I am very disappointed to see an ingredient change in this new version. It used to have organic blueberry flavor, now it has "natural flavor" which has no definition and has been found to contain MSG on multiple occasions. Unfortunately NEW isn't better....again...order canceled..

Good food is good that's food

Good…little to no sugar and that’s great for me. Healthier ingredients and crunchy…fresh not stale and a good value for the money…little more expensive but better ingredients. If ya like sugar buy a bag bc ya won’t get a lot in this cereal.

I used to eat this cereal all the time when I got it from Costco 10 years ago. I was super fit back then and I adored the nutrition of it, as well as the organic ingredients. However, I couldn't find it much anymore once I moved away from Costco. That made me sad - other so-called "proteinated" or "energy/fitness" cereal are mostly just white sugar. Don't get me started about Vector - it tastes great, but it's not this. Harvest Crunch is great for satiety, but it's not this. To me, this is simply the best cereal by a landslide. It is quite hard/crunchy, though, so if you have painful teeth, it's probably a very poor option. I myself enjoy the crunchiness. I feel lucky for that. It's also packed with fiber and perhaps the only cereal that will make me feel full with one bowl. It's got it all for me.

We don't like many cereals on the market today, knowing they have a lot of sugar and fillers. Hence we are pretty fussy with what we consume. This cereal caught our attention when it was advertised in a health magazine we subscribe to. We were looking for a quick and easy breakfast for those mornings when you're in rush to get out the door. Reading the ingredient list in the store, and doing some research on Nature's Path, we decided to give it a try. We are so glad we did! This is a great organic product with health benefits, and the bonus is the taste is dellicious. To change it up some mornings, we will add either chai seeds, hemp hearts, pumpkins seeds, yoghurt, fresh fruit, and almond beverage.

This is a really crunchy and tasty cereal with ingredients you can read. Worth the 4 bucks but wouldn't pay more than that.

It's a nice, wholesome cereal that stays crunchy to the last spoonful. Nice. :)

This cereal is delicious. There are plenty of berries and lots of fiber.
