Good, BUT READ THIS FIRST!!
Read no further, this review covers everything you need to know about this mod:FIRST...this Part #69195, despite what AmazonFit says, is for any 10-14 Mustang (including V6 3.7L). This is according to the manufacturer's site as well as AmericanMuscle.com and it works for me. The package is also intentionally opened and re-sealed by the receiver to verify the contents. AND YES, PART# 69195 IS FULLY-LEGAL IN CA AND COMES WITH A CARB STICKER.SECOND...this review applies to any JET Performance MAS for whatever car or truck you may have.THIRD...I can't stress this enough: IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CAI (don't bother if you have to ask...), THIS MOD IS BEYOND POINTLESS. THIS MOD WILL ONLY ADD BENEFIT IF YOU HAVE *SIGNIFICANTLY* INCREASED THE AIRFLOW INTO AND OUT OF YOUR ENGINE WITH AFTERMARKET MODS!!!The absolute minimum setup to appreciate this mod is a CAI, axle-backs, and a tuner (preferably a race tune (maxed-out), tuned for at least 91 octane). If you don't have at least this, don't even think about attempting this mod, there is absolutely no point!--your stock MAS is plenty sufficient, put your money somewhere else.I, however, am running just about everything: CAI, throttle body, headers, x-Pipe, straight-pipe axle-backs, gears, throttle booster, E85, and professional tuner. The stock MAS can't properly appreciate this increase in airflow. And yes, I can feel the difference and I am satisfied with the mod. I get more response, especially at higher speeds. It feels like I'm pulling harder in the power band. I'm happy with anything that can increase my performance at this point. I didn't buy it for the MPG increase if it has any. This MAS likely isn't listed on any canned tunes like Bama (confirmed) and such. If you have the above bolt-on setup and add an aftermarket MAS you should really take it to the dyno shop for a proper, final tune. *AND*...if your car/truck has a lot of hp and came with a supercharger or turbo(s)--and you don't know any better--don't just strap this mod on. You may already have an upgraded MAS that your car/truck is already tuned for.***Keep in mind***...you will get **MUCH** more of a satisfying and very noticeable performance increase from any of the above mentioned mods than you will by dropping in an aftermarket MAS. You should really do this one last, think of it as the cherry on top.By the way, the product may not look like the picture but that is correct. (Mine looked like the picture). This product is just a stock MAS that has been modified to pick up on the increased airflow.

Jet performance mass airflow sensor
I received my jet performance mass air flow sensor today 9/1/22, I was really skeptical with buying this item because of all the negative reviews, and also my friends was agreeing that how come a sensor give you better gas mileage and performance, Well I was very very shocked once I installed it and started driving to all my friends and family house to show them that this really works, they was blowing away when I told them that this sensor was the reason was car is sounding a bit louder not loud as if you installed a new exhaust system but like semi close to it, immediately I noticed the increase in throttle response and gas Mileage right away, so just to be on the safe side I drove around for an hour and I experience no problems so far but best believe if something goes wrong I’m submitting another review, Still shocked that a sensor could actually do what they advertise, while installing this sensor I would highly recommend you do the idle relearn procedure so your vehicle could recognize the sensor, I don’t have any tunes on my vehicle only a cold air intake and a few other performance mods seems to be a great buy if you ask me but everyone situation could be different as well

It works, but some info you’ll need to know.
Ordered this MAF for my 2013 F-150 5.0L Supercrew cab and received it on April 25. I wait until now to make this review because i wanted to test the sensor for a while first. Now, before you guys make the same mistake i made thinking i got a fake sensor because it didn’t look like the one in the picture, that’s because it’s not, is the same MAF sensor as you original one from Motorcraft, just tweaked to provide your computer better numbers and adjust fuel. I was able to confirm this by calling Jegs because i too thought i got scammed and they were the ones who told me they use original MAF Sensors and tweak them. This is good because your car’s computer still picks it up as original equipment and not aftermarket. Now for the main question, did it work? Yes, it did for me. I noticed better response from the truck when pressing the gas and better idle. NOW, here’s a quick tip, if you first install the sensor like i did in the simple way of just swapping it with the one you got on, only to turn the engine on and find your car surging and shakey like mines did, then you will have to do a simple PCM Reset. I did this and the sensor worked perfectly and it’s still is. Just youtube or google PCM reset for you car. But do keep your old sensor in case. As far as MPG increase is more of a “meh” but that’s because i’m not a light foot type of guy most of the time so i cannot say it’s the sensor. Bottom line: It worked for me, over 1000 miles so far and still feel the better response. Some say it may have been the pcm reset, but i did one 2 years ago too when i bought a new motorcraft MAF sensor (the one recently replaced by the JEGS) and the Jegs still feels better. Up to you wether or not to give it a try.

Don’t fit
So after posting a written question about the item to be sure it fit my truck which I was assured it would but sadly this product doesn’t fit my 2013 Nissan Frontier SV 4x4

No real change in performance, works like factory.
I have no idea what this thing actually does, as far as performance. I was installing a new intake on my truck and figured why not, ill replace the MAF while im at it. I didnt really see any noticeable performance gains, or gains in gas mileage. But no check engine lights, and it seems to work fine.

Better Than Expected!
I wasn't expecting any performance gains whatsoever from this MAF sensor but was surprisingly shocked by the increase in performance in my application. I was noticing a bit of a rough (slightly hunting) idle with my stock one, which would temporarily go away after a thorough cleaning with MAF sensor cleaner, so I decided that a new one would be a safe bet. I run a 2011 3.7L Mustang with a stock throttle body, stock cold air intake, stock exhaust, K&N air filter, but as aggressive a 93 octane tune that's possible with all the stock parts. I purchased this solely because it was on a killer sale, which was actually cheaper than a stock Ford replacement MAF from my dealer. The difference was immediately noticeable, right from the way it fired up, to the smoother idle. It was a bit of a weird experience because I actually thought upon first off-idle throttle application that it felt a little flat, but it was just a much smoother transition, which actually seemed to not bog down as much with the same type of clutch action as I normally use under the circumstances. The lack of bog/more low end torque feeling was my first clue, and my second was when I applied the throttle in a manner that I often use to gauge the performance differences between my engine tunes, which resulted in a noticeably harder pull through the low to mid RPM range. Maybe this thing just likes my tune and combination of stock parts, I don't know. All I can tell you is that it definitely gave me bit of a jump in performance. I would say that a person can't go wrong if you catch it on as good a sale as I did! Of note: In all fairness, I would imagine that it made as much a difference in my application as it did due to my running of an aftermarket engine tune (just a FYI).
