Seller responded well and sent replacement set of "improved" filters
After installation everything was good; but within 2 months these pre/post filters plugged up and reduced water flow to near zero.Initially I was disappointing as water quality where I live is “pretty good”, and I typically only need to replace these filters. About once a year (2 years for the RO membrane filter).However the seller addressed the problem well, and sent me a newer set of "improved" filters
