I ordered this compression long sleeve workout shirt because I recently got serious about my health and wanted the clothes to match! I’m 37 years old, but this is actually my first ever compression shirt. I don’t like my clothes too loose and I’m happy to say that the fit is perfecto! With a height of 6.1 and body weight of 170, the small size fits like a glove. I just love the tight feel of this. The material is very sleek and breathable. When I’m working out, I feel light as a feather, and it moves freely with my entire body. The functionality is top notch. Sweating is no problem as it wicks it away and you don’t feel sticky at all. I ordered the white color and plan on ordering another color real soon. !5 STARS!

Hubby needs these for work. He's gone through several brands already, and had purchased several of these models since the first try. He claims these help to keep him cool at work, and they're the most comfortable ones yet. I asked if he works change anything, he said the arm length is a bit short for his lanky arms.

OK, I am 5'9" and weigh 185lbs. I have an athletic build, MEANING: I have a 44-46R Chest and a 32-33Waist. In the gym 4-5days/week, lifting weights, cardio and play in a competitive beer ice hockey league. The reason I spell all this out is because many people have said the "sizes run way small." NOPE. Problem is most people think that a 6'4, 350lb linebacker with a gut overhang is an "Athletic Build." NOPE...that's overweight. Please, when you make the comment "it runs small" include your height, weight, chest and waste sizes because that will help the rest of us determine the sizing.That being said I bought the pants in XL and had to return them because I am swimming in them and re-ordered them in large. However, I am keeping the XL shirts because they fit me great and snug. Wearing them both for ice hockey to go under my equipment, so then need to be "snug" but not tight or loose. The quality of these rival that of expensive name brands and the material is nice and soft, comfortable and breathable. Looking forward to using them this coming fall for hockey and running when the temps are cooler but not requiring a thermal yet. Price is perfect!
