ZIOCOM Open Ear Headphone with Mic, AptX-LL, Compatible with Call, Meeting

Honestly I wish I could give this more than five stars. I just started a different call center job and I hate wires. Now I've been trying out multiple different headsets since Amazon gives me free returns, and I was hoping to find one of the air induction type headsets with a boom mic that was compatible. My company uses the avaya soft phone system so not all headsets will work. This one works flawlessly. This thing has amazing battery life I utilize the headset over a period of two days each time I did a full charge of the headset. By the way the charge is just over 2 hours. Each day I ended up ending my 10-hour shift with 40% left of the battery I also utilized it during my lunch period so that's a full 11 hours x 2 and you still have 40% left? That's amazing. Call quality was very nice most of the time I have to turn up the volume to maximum in order to hear and be heard. Not in this case though I actually had to turn the volume down to around 60% in order to actually be comfortable with it. I understand these are air induction headphones, your ears are completely open so you don't get sweaty and your ears don't get funky. I highly recommend this headset for anybody doing office work or using soft phones as they are absolutely awesome. They also come with a very nice hard shell case that holds charging cord Bluetooth dongle USBC adapter and the headphones themselves I just wish the headphones fit a little better either that or I just haven't figured out how to put them in the case in order to easily close it. But I highly recommend this headset you can't recommend it enough honestly

I've just run into my first complaint w this Ziocom headphone. The connection between the backstrap and the RH side controller+earpiece component is fragile, held together w a little glue. Until this popped apart in my hands, the Ziocom had been my go-to headset for PC gaming and chat. The sound is good, the mike is good, and the charge time is excellent. It fits easily and is comfortable in long sessions. But for $100, it seems the construction could be better. I'm now wondering what kind of rigging I'm going to do to fix this thing. It's hard to spend $100 on something that falls apart easily. I bought these in January and it came apart in May.

Excellent purchase. Ear infections were haunting me due to covering my ears for 8 hrs each day for work. The connection is fast and the sound quality is great. Excellent, light weight design that comfortably with great mic quality. Not too heavy.

Works great for calls, very clear. The only thing that has me worried is the disability. I. Fairly careful with my electronics and today I noticed the right side that has the controls was breaking where the back linkage connects to the right housing. Im gonna try fixing is with some super glue and go from there. I was hoping these were built a lil better

I tried two bone conduction headsets and one pair of earbuds, that all claim to have Bluetooth aptX-LL low latency. The Suunto Sonic uses Bluetooth 5.2 and I heard 30ms latency. The ZIOCOM DGLK02 uses Bluetooth 5.1 and I heard about 200ms latency. I also tried the HomeSpot Neckband Wireless Earbuds aptX Low Latency Bluetooth 5.1 and heard about 200ms latency. With all these I used the Beeitzie Premium Airplane Bluetooth 5.4 Transmitter Adapter. My guess is that Bluetooth 5.1 doesn't support low latency. I'm seeing Bluetooth 5.4 (the latest) in circumaural (over ear) headphones but not in bone-conduction headphones.

Does exactly what I need it to do. I only really use it for docked mode at home but it still works well in handheld, though I just use wired headphones in handheld mode. I got this to use at home when I play docked and want to wear headphones when I'm a fair distance from my console, for games like Fortnite, Apex Legends, Warframe, Overwatch, MH Rise, and horror games like Alien Isolation or Outlast.... Stuff where the sound effects & music really play a large part in the experience. This works great with both my headphones I use, if they don't automatically link, one button press & I'm paired. Sound quality is pretty good, nothing amazing, but it does the job. The unit is a little bulky & not discreet but that's ok at home. I could see it being a bit more bothersome in handheld. So for docked play, I can fully recommend. For handheld, you may want to find something a bit more low profile & compact.

I don’t know why I didn’t buy this before! The sound quality is excellent and there’s no lag. My son uses it to play Fortnite on the switch, and have voice squad chats. Pairing took seconds, I’m using jlab wireless Bluetooth pods. Didn’t have to use the supplied mic because the mic from the Bluetooth was supported. Note to other parents, if you are having trouble connecting, it’s probably because of parental controls, I disconnected parental controls and it instantly started working. Great purpchase, I don’t have to listen to the Fortnite theme music anymore lol!

After ordering I realised this unit won't work with teams on the laptop which is very disappointing. My own fault but still very disappointed. Earbuds hurt my ears so bone conduction was a perfect solution. Unfortunately a but of waste of money.

Das Headset kommt mit einem USB-A Stick, der sich direkt mit dem Headset verbindet. Da ich von mehreren Geräten die Akustikverbindung brauche, aber auch die direkte Umwelt hören muss, benötige ich Knochenschall-Headsets. (Smartphone verbindet sich mit Hörgerät (audibene)) Die meisten Knochenschall-Headset werden über den BlueZ-Treiber verbunden, was die Mikros zum Telefonieren fast unbrauchbar macht. Mit dieser Dongle-Verbindung geht es wunderbar. Ich kann auch auf anderen Rechnern per Bluetooth nutzen, aber nicht so gut wie mit dem Dongle.

Funcionan bien. Solo que no me acaba de satisfacer porque tengo problemas en el oído.
