ESSENTIAL!
I got this kit expecting to deliver at a birthing center. I ended up at the hospital where they have some good after care things, BUT it was still very much worth having these Frida items. I had an episiotomy, so having these cleansing and pain reducing items was especially helpful What I loved most: the Peri bottle. It’s a million times better than what the hospital gives. It squirts upside down and is more precise in cleaning. Super gentle, but effective. The postpartum underwear. Very comfy, sturdy, and they provide full coverage. The hospital gives these strange fishnet material undies that don’t keep pads and cold packs in place as well. I ended up taking some home and using some there, but the Frida ones are way nicer. The gown and socks. Yeah the gown is big for many (one size fits most) but it’s comfy and I manage to make it work. I’m 5’4” and 130 at the moment. It’s definitely larger, but I make it work. the snaps are helpful for breast feeding and skin to skin. The gown is very soft, and it has pockets! The socks are thick, slip resistant and comfortable. The ones from the hospital are thin, scratchy and didn’t fit my 6.5 feet too well. I loved the healing foam. It’s cooling and feels nice. Items I felt “meh” about: cold pack pads. The ones they give at the hospital are the same. It was nice to have extras for when i got home. Perineal cooling liners: didn’t feel cooling or that great. I preferred the tucks the hospital gave, but ended up using both of these. I do wish this kit contained overnight pads, and numbing spray. These were given at the hospital, and I’m sure the Frida versions would be really great. Otherwise this was an amazing kit. Perfect gift for baby showers. Will buy again if I have another baby.

BUY IT! WORTH THE MONEY!
This is honestly the best thing! The gown and socks were perfect and as many times as I went to the hospital during late pregnancy, it was nice having my own soft gown and socks. Everything else in the postpartum care kit was PERFECT! The ice pack maxi pads were incredible and felt so soothing. The perineal healing foam was helpful with cooling and helping to keep clean and soothe pain. The witch hazel pad liners were awesome and were loke Tuck's pads that were super convenient and easy to use on the go! Also, these disposable underwear are stretchy and 100 times better than the mesh crap they give you at the hospital. They are comfy and feel nice and breathable, and almost feel like regular boyshort underwear! Last but not least, it comes packaged with care, and comes with a NICE carrying case. The attention to detail is shown and it makes the moment of bringing a small bundle of joy into the world just a little bit easier and for that I'm grateful! So I promise... do yourself or a loved one a favor and get this! You won't regret it!

Must-Have Postpartum Kit
This Frida Mom postpartum kit was an absolute lifesaver after giving birth. It comes with everything you need to feel more comfortable and supported during recovery. The quality of each item is amazing, especially the peri bottle and cooling pads they provided so much relief. I also love how convenient and well-organized the kit is, making those first days much easier. Every new mom should have this! Highly recommend.

Critical Purchase
I could not be happier that I purchased this pack! I had a natural delivery with 2nd degree tears and this pack was a lifesaver during recovery. A few thoughts on the different items: 1) The peri bottle is awesome and the angled spout makes it hugely superior to non-angled versions. It was a must-have for me. 2) The disposable underwear were super comfy, and I found they held pads better than the mesh kind from the hospital. The downside is that they are not very durable and tend to rip when you take pads with sticky lining off. If you are very careful and/or do not fully remove the covering to the sticky part of the pad (so the sticky part is only 1/2 way stuck to the underwear) you can get several uses out of them. In retrospect I would’ve just bought a few more of these separately from the pack because even though they are not super durable I found them to be incredibly comfy. 3) The witch hazel foam was great. Early on when I could not bear to do any wiping, the foam was super gentle and cooling and I think helped my stitches heal faster (or at least made them more comfortable). 4) The witch hazel wipes were also awesome for stitches recovery and the (delightful... not) post-labor hemorrhoids. They are nice and long so they cover every part you want them to reach and they had the right amount of moisture. 5) Unfortunately I completely forgot I had the ice packs as part of this kit (had put them in a separate drawer) so can’t comment on them! 6) I loved the hospital gown because it was just softer, nicer, and covered more than the one they offer hospital. Great jersey fabric. Although it is one size fits all, I did find it to be a bit big (I am 5’2”) but not really a major issue. I wore it throughout my entire labor. The socks were totally fine, I just ended up wearing my own socks because I forgot about these in the moment. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this pack to any expecting Mom. Of all the items I purchased for myself for postpartum recovery, this one was by far the most valuable.

A must have for me
This kit is a bit pricey in my opinion but I would still buy it again especially for a first time delivery. My thoughts on each component First, the not so amazing. The gown and socks are unnecessary. The no slip socks are nicer than that which you’ll get in the hospital, but not by much and the cheapies you get in the hospital are not so uncomfortable to warrant getting a minor upgrade. My advice, spring for some nice compression knee highs instead. The gown was fine. Decent quality and pretty standard delivery gown in cut and features. It wore like a structureless bag on me and so it didn’t make me feel any different than wearing a hospital gown except my booty was on display since the back of this gown has back side Velcro closure. My delivery was blessedly short and I didn’t mind the immodesty of the hospital gown so I ended up not using the frida gown for more than a brief few minutes. On the other hand the Disposable boy shorts were a huge wardrobe upgrade. The hospital definitely has disposable panties and adult diaper/pull ups however the frida mom quality is impressive and puts the freebies to def shame. The boy shorts are, dare I say, comfortable! Also durable. I loved these. The ice pads…yes please!! The ice pads provided by my hospital were ok, but they had actual ice in them and created a mess when melted. The frida pads were fully enclosed, easy to use, more absorbent and indispensable! I bought extra bc I wanted some for my home recovery from a minor perineal tear. Awesome. Witch hazel foam and pantry liners: the hospital provided little round tucks (essentially the panty line but a different shape) and no foam. The panty liner is a definite worthwhile upgrade. In those first few hours and days of recovery, when putting together the soothing sandwich from the frida mom components, having something that fits perfectly and doesn’t requiring finagling is really such a relief. The foam really kicks the relief up a notch. And like I said, this was one of the few things not provided in some form by the hospital. Lastly the bidet-esq bottle was nice. Like the gown and booties, no real difference or upgrade compared to the little squirt bottle provided on the maternity unit. The bag is a cute touch and definitely a nice way to keep everything together in the hospital and at home. As a first timer I was really worried about being as comfortable as possible and having the supplies I needed at the time I needed them. It’s fair to say I got way too much in general! But this purchase was way worth it in my opinion.

Love it!
If you're expecting or know someone who is, get this. I absolutely loved the gown, and the undies were super convenient. Way better than what the hospital provides, I just used their stuff after I ran out of the stuff in this pack. Also, the gown (can't rave enough about it) was perfect post-partum at home. I'd get more than one tbh.

Good kit but unessisary
I am giving this product 4 stars because in the end I do feel these materials were unessary and not needed. Being a first time mom and being concered of caring for my body after delivery, I wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. But turns out the hospotal provides you with everlything you need and more if you take it all home. The products are nice and I used them but wish I would have know that it was unessisary. The only thing I would recommend is the birthing gownd. I would definitely recommend buying that sepretly. As it was soft, comfortable and so much better than a hospital gownd.

Perfect Kit for moms
(This is a really long review) I bought this because i didn't know what to expect but i wasn't sure what the hospital gives you with during the pandemic since everything changed. f this was still the case with the pandemic. Glad i got this because i din't get anything. I would buy this again for my next child and recommend it to everyone i know. 1. The nursing gown- I'm overweight (5' 4" 190Lb) and the nursing gown is huge on me but i wasn't planning on using it anyway. 2. Upside Down Peri Bottle- amazing, it's like a mini shower head and works so well since it has suction so it can really get some good pressure. Lets you get into those hard to reach places 3. Disposable Post Partum Underwear- The quality of these is great, hospital grade is see through and doesn't last long. These on the other hand look like real shorts and you can get a couple of uses out of it. 4. No-Slip Grip Socks- i use them in the house, they're a good quality 5. Instant Ice Maxi Pads- The padcicles are a life saver as they get rid of pain without having to take meds (i'm not a fan of taking medicine if i don't need to). I ended u buying a whole new pack when i ran out. 6. Witch Hazel Cooling Pad Liner & 7. Witch Hazel Healing Foam- Witch hazel is good for inflamation so i did notice that these helped. i used the liners more than the foam once i figured out how to use it

Indispensable!!!
Soy talla 42 y me quedaron super bien.

Must have birthing and post partum accessory !
This was an absolute god send of a product to help post partum. The disposable underwear is so comfortable and cooling wipes and witch hazel spray helped the healing and makes you feel so much better. The peri bottle is easy to use and the gown is fantastic for sleep/ feeding (I didn’t use it through labour and delivery). Would highly recommend
