I took a 7 day trip from Baltimore, to Florida and then to Colombia and back again on spirit airlines. I refuse to pay so much for checked bags or even carry-ons. I went searching and found this bag on Amazon for the perfect price. I packed this thing so tight I had to help the Mexican TSA lady close it again while she checked my contents. I can't believe this counts as a personal item because of how big it is, but I was never even questioned by spirit airlines and when I went to measure if for myself it fit perfectly in the slot as a personal item. Luckily for all my flights I was still able to put it in the overhead compartment without question.This bag is just that, a bag, that is good quality and the perfect size to fit as much as you can into a personal item. It was great not having to worry if this bag is going to make it or not. It's a lightweight nylon material. The bag was heavy when I was done and it held up with no signs of breaking or splitting. It looks good enough for someone who likes to look profesional. I give this bag 5 stars and recommend it to anyone not wanting to pay baggage fees and doesn't mind stuffing a bag.There's a zipper on the front that held my toothbrush, charger and deodorant. My only gripe was that the compartment with the zipper is attached on the left and right but not the top or bottom. I thought it would be a good place to put my new book and the enough to hold it. By the time I went from my car to the airport shuttle my new book was gone. This is completely my fault but why couldn't it have beeen attached on the bottom with a net or something. I would pay any extra dollar!! Jokes aside this bag is great for the price and highly recommend it. I will be purchasing this for any of my family members looking to take a trip.

It hold enough stuff for a quick trip. Wish it had a shoulder strap but other than that it’s great to pass as a personal bag for frontier air lines

PROS- No issues at Frontier gate, easily fit 2 days worth (with room to spare) of thin clothing and a gallon bag of toiletries- Easily fit Free Personal Item sizing bin 75% packed and wasn't even asked to check it in the first place- Almost any adult backpack will exceed Frontier's sizing limits and are charged as a Carry On- Their literature is intentionally confusing; your Boarding Pass will say at some points "No Carry On", but this is referring to the larger paid carry on size not the Personal ItemCONS- the thin material could almost be a pro in that it maximizes internal volume- Quality from factory is good but I would not expect this to survive the long haul + heavy weight, but for cost vs. amount saved, it could be disposable and you would still save money

I was going on a vacation and flying on an "economical" airline, where only a very specific size of carry-on bag was allowed. This bag was just under the required dimensions, and, with some creativity, I was able to fit in everything I needed for a week. The shoulder strap comes in handy, but I had to modify it and add a cushioned support because of the weight of everything I fit inside. The bag is lightweight, yet sturdy, and folds down pretty small when not in use.

Used on a spirit airlines trip. The bag had zero issue fitting into the bag guidelines or under the seat, and held up throughout the trip. This bag is great for a one-off flight or travel once in awhile, but it is not optimal if you plan on traveling frequently with it. The straps having no cushioning made holding it a pain, especially in the long airport lines. It's made of thin, cheaper material that I doubt will last through more than a couple trips with it, and it crinkles easily. Overall, I think it's fair for the price, but if you know you're going to be traveling often it makes more sense to spend a bit more on a higher quality bag.
