These come in a set of two in the box for the $89.95 Real easy to assemble, takes maybe about five minutes. Made extremely well. I weigh 240 lbs. and they handle it easily.

Why aren't they level? The base is not level at all.

They should be level! Does your set have all four endcaps on the bases? Mine are perfect. If you were sent a bad set, you should be able to return them.

What do they need to assemble?

Everything that you need to assemble it with comes with the Paralletes

Do you recommend the metal or the wood version? Only $5 difference.

I have both. One of my sons prefers the metal and one prefers the wood. They are both well made.
