I’ve been using this since 2021. That’s 4 years. It works but it’s one component of a well rounded protocol I have. Holy mother did I notice a difference. First off. My hair is naturally very oily. Previous shampoos usually left it on the drier side. This leaves it feeling nice and fluffy. It's important to follow the directions. You have to apply it once, rinse and apply it for a longer duration. The conditioner works great as well.
