Torres Natureo Syrah De-Alcoholised Red Wine 2019 75 cl (Case of 6)

I cannot drink alcohol for medical reasons but missed a glass of win, or two, with a meal or just relaxing. I have tried many different de-alcoholised brands and I find this the best. NO, it isn't wine as we know it, but yes it is fruity and satisyfing. And you don't get a hangover.

Amaizing non alcohol wine! Taste is amazing! The wine is not too sweet and was very nice with ham!

I have tried quite a few de-alcoholised wines and variants based on grape juice, in a search for something with a 'non sweet' flavour to enjoy with meals. This product has come the closest so far. It has all the complex flavours and tannins of red wine, but lacks the slightly bitter aftertaste I have found with other reds. Of course, without the alcohol to carry the aromas, it still feels a little 2-dimensional compared to real wine, but it is a nice dinner drink. I would definitely consider having it on a table alongside regular alcoholic wine, as you can gulp this down with abandon while eating, and drink the alcoholic stuff more sparingly, thereby avoiding 'overdoing it'.

My husband and I received a crate of Natureo wine as a Christmas present. It was mistakenly bought by a relative who meant to buy normal red wine (alcohol included). After falling about laughing at his mistake (and we did check it was a mistake and he had not been casting aspersions on our drinking habits) we had a look at the initial product display on this website. It does not declare in the initial heading that it is de-alcoholised wine and the age aware warning re under 18s not being able to purchase this and the delivery requiring a signature would appear to re-inforce this.However, we decided to keep it as a "dry January " was enticing and we had important work and driving commitments. My opinion is that this is ok upon first opening, not brilliant but passable. Unfortunately, if you do not finish the bottle (and let's be honest, you won't be getting a buzz) it is suggested that you store it in the fridge. Eh? Cold red wine? Ok, I guess it does not have any alcohol init to keep it from going "off". Bad move...Straight out of the fridge it tastes like vinegar. One sip and the whole glass and remainder of bottle went down the sink.Verdict: a reasonable fake if you need to stay sober but don't put it in the fridge.

I was so hoping this was going to be tasty - I like the ritual of having a glass of wine with dinner, but I was hoping to find something without alcohol for some occasions. I read many reviews and although I did not expect it to taste like red wine, I didn't expect it to taste this awful. You can smell vinegar before you even get the glass to your lips. Its like vinegar mixed with cordial and water. Disappointed.

Sadly I became anaphylactic to alcohol, so this is a great drink for me - lovely flavour, thank you.

...but I don’t.It smelt so nice when I opened a bottle, and I was In eager anticipation of having a drink of wine that was rich with flavour and body...... I was so disappointed when I tasted it.. it did not taste good as had a backing taste of wine vinegar...So I opened a second bottle hoping....... same lovely smell, same awful taste....Sorry... for me, this non-alcohol wine is a complete waste of money... oh well, back to the soda water!!
