Whipped Fluffy White

This is a gorgeously smooth frosting. It's not as sweet as buttercream and has only a slight hint of vanilla making it perfect to flavour with anything you wants. Also very easy to colour without losing consistency although it may if using liquid colour, I used gel colours

This frosting tastes so good in every way! It's fresh and almost a bit homemade tasting. There is no plastic taste that has leached into it. The vanilla is fresh and strong. It smells enticing, too! The texture is soft, rich and fluffy. It's not too airy and fluffy. (I don't like whipped cream on cake.) This is not as dense as some frostings but more dense than airy whipped cream. The whipped part seems to make it extra creamy and luxurious. It is quite sweet; but that's what I want in a vanilla frosting. I don't think it is too sweet. It's so convenient that all you have to do is peel off the seal and spread it on the cake. If you just need a small amount it's convenient to put the lid on and store it. It lasts for a long time - probably at least a month, not that it's ever made it that long once opened. There are so many different ways to use this frosting. My favorite is to put it on chewy brownies. It's a flavor explosion!

Good for convenience and basic desserts, but this won’t please everyone’s taste buds. It’s workable and spreads easily, wish the flavor were stronger/more natural. If you’re just throwing together a quick cake, it’s a handy go to but for more serious baking projects or flavor seekers, something deeper in flavor or homemade might be better. I suggest adding vanilla or almond extract for richer flavor, balance the sweetness. But my favorite is adding planed lemon zest and a TINY bit of lemon juice, delicious. You can also whip it with 2 or 3 tablespoons of softened butter so it’s more like buttercream or you can do the same with cream cheese for a tang to mellow the sweetness. Versatile cupboard basic but still know, it’s definitely down to the consumer with this one whether they like it or not.
