I have serious questions about the legitimacy of this seller, i purchased this as i saw the 4.5 /5 star rating and numerous reviews and comments from "verified purchases", saying just how amazing the product was and there were even pictures and video reviews praising the product and that the RRP was £168.88, and it was available on prime at £44.88 (Alarm bells should have rung then really). I will admit It arrived the next day in good condition, however, when i used it, i started to realise that i had been duped. It blew out lukewarm air, not cold, not cool, but LUKEWARM!!!! Even when i put ice and cold water in it, it had no cooling effect whatsoever, even though it claims to be "rigorously tested and quality guaranteed"!!!! I sent mine back immediately, VERY dissapointed as i had high expectations and i think this seller has cleverly set up the selling page to make you think you are purchasing product that helps cool you during uncomfortabley hot weather at a bargain price. Sadly, it is not the case. I get the feeling people will only see this review after they have purchased it and realised how useless it is, as i didn't see the bad reviews until after i purchased it and wanted to return it. Not the way an honest seller should function, and have reported this to Amazon. Will update on wether i receive my refund and the reponse i get from Amazon.

Although it is indeed lightweight and easy to use, as a product for cooling down a room it's absolutely useless.The fan isn't powerful enough and the air coming out when set to 'cooling' mode isn't very cold at all. So basically you get a very rubbish fan for over £40.Don't listen to the reviews saying it's a good product, it just isn't. Unless of course they're using it to cool down a cupboard...then I think it would be decent. Stick to a normal fan, it cools down a room so much better.

When I purchased this product (2 days ago), it was rated 4.5/5 stars with about 80 reviews and could be purchased with Amazon Prime delivery. Today, it is rated 2 stars with 2 reviews and is 'currently unavailable'. If that doesn't raise a red flag then I don't know what does.As for the item itself - mine cuts out at random. When it does work, it cools slightly more than a regular fan but not significantly. It does blow out a small amount of mist as well but most of it gathers on the grating across the front. In terms of value for money, this thing is incredibly overpriced. £45 was what I paid and given that it is no longer available to purchase and the reviews have all disappoeared, I would say this was just a scam.

I like the design and the way a gentle stream of water vapour comes out of the unit.I don’t like how noisy it is, or the fact that it does not cool the air. Over 4 hours in a small room, no difference to the temperature at all.

Being somewhat disappointed by the effectiveness of this product, I instead laid flat on my back on the bathroom floor. I then proceeded to urinate at force, straight into the air. As the noticeably hot stream sprayed all over my face and into my open mouth, I smiled, knowing that this was STILL a more effective cooling method. This also left a considerably less bitter taste in my mouth, than the £45 I had thrown at this utterly useless piece of garbage. Overall, one of the most utterly worthless things to exist, seconded only by my hoe ex. And even that was a tough call. Blue light in its pretty though, definitely buy it for that.

The only good thing I can say is the 'humidifier' setting, in which in expulses water into the air, works pretty well.Otherwise, for any actual cooling - it does a terrible job even in a small home office. Even on the lowest setting it is extremely loud and impossible to sleep with it on. The timer doesn't seem to work either.

I dont usually write reviews, but in this case this was a god send. Fill the bottom with water, put some ice in it and turn it to full blast and a nice ice cold mist hits your face. Amazing, just what was needed today.

Bought it for the warm weather, and while it had minimal impact the first time I used it, the water sensor didnt work the second time round meaning the ac function would not turn on, making it in effect an expensive fan with no cooling whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.
