I love that this set has many different exercises and strength levels to each. Now I have multiple things on my desk to fidget with that actually increase my strength. I'm trying to use these to help fight fatigue when practicing piano.It's a really nice set. I think there are springy grip strengthened of better quality out there but for the price they are rather nice. The overall value of the set is much more than the price. I'm happy.

I use this for my tennis elbow that came back after 2 years. I should have done sooner. My last job I worked at I got tennis elbow in one arm and golf in the other. My disability is muscle weakness. Don't underestimate what people with disabilities can do. Golf elbow is just a flaw from getting older. But in the end it all works out.

My physiotherapist recommended this product, though she was not sure some of the items would work as advertised. She was correct that not every item worked, but we were impressed with the ones the did. The Eggs really have various weight ranges. This is so good to know, as a previous product I bought turned out to be a waste of money as they were all spongy and did not have a range of weight or torque needed to do exercises. The main disappointment was the gripper, which does not seem to adjust range of stiffness or resistance as advertised. Overall a good product with a range of tools for therapeutic exercised of hand, fingers etc

Purchased for my son to use at physical therapy to help with rehab after a stroke. This kit is very useful and recommended. It is high quality and contains many tools that can be used to strengthen hands and fingers.

Great assortment

I dunno about other people but my hands appear to be too big for some of this besides that the rubber that's used is well made and the rest of it is alright overall no major problems with it besides some of it being too small

I love them, not only my mom that had multiple strokes use them but my son that have issues with his fine motor skills uses them.
