Is this company licensed in Arkansas?

I believe a UL registry number is federal; therefore, there may not be state licensing. All I can attest to is that the extinguishers I bought (used) were perfectly serviceable; although they may have shown signs of wear and tear. The best part is they were fully charged on receipt; have not leaked and, more importantly, they are rechargeable (in New Jersey, extinguishers with plastic handles can not be recharged).
