The guitar diagram on every second page is helpful for mapping out note populations. Just what I was looking for.

Lays flat
I wanted a spiral-bound tab notebook that would stay open while I play. This one gets bonus points for having perforated tearable pages... I don't really like the weird fretboard layout at the top, waste of space imho, but other than that, outstanding value.

Great spiral design.
So much easier to use during lessons and practice than a traditional bound book or loose sheets of paper or 3 ring binder. Only wish the chord examples were larger and on every page.

Almost perfect
I'm giving it to stars because it's just what I wanted, no nonsense pages just blank sheets, spiral bound and a legend in the back. All for $8.50.It could be improved on. The fretboard diagram seems kind of useless, it should be removed and a song, artist heading could be added. Also the tab spacing could be a bit larger. I write small so it's fine for me but if you write or want it larger this book isn't for you.

The lines are spaced well, i.e., not too narrow or too wide. I like that the sheets are perforated for easy removal. I personally don't have any use for the picture of a guitar fret board on each page, but that's just me. I'd prefer a version that had more chord boxes at the top instead of the fret board.
