Looked like a good product, but my well pipe had a pitless adapter in the way. Returned it with no problem.

We bought as a back up. The company has great customer service, they email you answers to your questions the same day. We used a YouTube video to show us how to shorten the length. It gives you a work out to pull water from 75 feet, but we get water, enough for us and the animals and that's what counts.

My only initial issue was that there were no directions includes. I was then guided to an area online where I could get directions. Thank you.

Havent used yet however looks easy to use and very light weight if needed to carry. We purchased in case electric is off for a long period of time to have easy access to water.

Leaks. Had trouble getting it going, but I did use the 100 foot model, so getting going takes some time. However, the hose that serves as a drop pipe, came loose as I was doing the short pumps to prime it--very short 'cause the handle wouldn't go very far. Apparently, that fitting below the spout does not fit the hose--too loose--and the black hose came undone, started sliding down into the well. I rescued it and clamped it tighter with the clamps from the hookup to the well casing, but now it sends more water out the top of that ill fitting hose than it sends out the spout. Disappointed. Used my Lehmans well bucket instead--faster, but takes some muscle.

The sellers are unable to explain how this unit works. I posted questions and they were unable to answer, or direct me to their website, where they supposedly have a video. I smell a rat.
