Can i used this relaxer on color treated hair. i dyed it last year and i really need a good relaxer

Just as long as you give yourself 14 days between either dying or relaxing you should be fine.. follow the directions on the box

white girl here too; I've been using no-lye cream relaxers for years. They are all very similar, but this one has been my go-to brand lately. I always use "regular" (not "super"), and I don't leave it in for the maximum amount of time. Depends how straight you're trying to get your hair. These cream relaxers are pretty gentle.

How often can I use this product?

It depends on the length of your new under growth. My hair undergrowth is a corny texture when it grows out, so I use this product every 6 weeks.

i just bought this product and it seemed very liquid after mixing it. Isn't it suppose to be more like a whip cream texture,?

Yes, your right, it should have a creamy texture, I would ask them to send a another one, just to be on the safe side.

Great for short 4c hair. Love it.

This was my first time relaxing my hair and the product was easy to use and follow. It was gentle as it stated. I have 4c short hair for those wanting a reference. I want to say only 3 strands of hair came off. I'm in love.

100% straight hair, but only after adjusting the application!

I followed all the steps included in the kit during the first application, but it only gave me about 40% straightening. My hair was a little more controlled, but still had volume and waves. The next day, we decided to try something different: we applied only Step 2 (the straightening cream) and then used a blow dryer with heat right after applying it. That’s when the results were amazing — my hair turned out 100% straight, smooth, and shiny. So yes, the product works, but it seems like the key is applying heat properly during Step 2. I would recommend it for people who are comfortable experimenting a bit with the process to get the best results.
