Fun and effective
I was the talk of the river! We went for a group tubing trip and everyone on the river got a great kick out of watching me paddle the tube around. I ended up motoring a bunch of my friend's flotilla's away from obstacles and got a good workout. I don't LOVE the rubber tubing method for attaching them to your hands. Maybe a velcro strap would work better? But the tubing does give you lots of customizable options!

Handle paddles
Loved them. I had the smaller shaped handle paddles. These paddles make my stroke cleaner and stronger.

better paddles then the other major swim brands
I like how they give you three straps per paddle and you can put them on however you desire, I used these for college swimming and now I use them for masters swimming there is definitely a huge difference between these that aren’t completely flat and the other flat ones you can get on the market
