Can it be mixed with epoxy?

I don’t see why not.. it’s not like nail polish being mixed in and Turing the epoxy yellowish.. the only thing I can think of is that once it comes in contact with the epoxy it might be as bright as it is dry though

Can these be used for lip gloss?

I would not recommend these for lip gloss because they are to patchy.
