This bra is very strong. I feel lifted, supported and held in well without discomfort. It's one of my top 5. I googled "best bras for sagging large breasts over 50". I ordered ten different brands based on my searches compared to amazon reviews. We are talking hours of searching. This bra was top of the list in all areas. It brought the breast up where they haven't been since 2002. I cried. The shape is very natural and great. They are perky and perfectly round yall!!! I'll never mess with another bra. They need to get more colors frfr. A medium fit perfectly. I am a 160lb, 5'6" 36DD. Hers a list of my other tries. 1st place goes to Delimirar front close underwire. Very nice lift. Comfortable and no sweating. 2nd place Pose-free wireless vmesh t shirt bra. It sweats between the breasts. 3rdplace goes to Quttlzze scalloped push-up. It was just as great except the fabric was not quite as soft. 4th Yvette Adjustable sports bra 5th Panache Women's Power Underwire Sports Bra These were all great with lift and shape but did not have the comfort of Posefree Others that were great but not as great: Popilush Posefree other Deangelmon Feelingirl

Finally. That's all I can say. As a 30DD, I have had a really hard time finding bras- everyday OR sport. I've tried and returned several from various makers, including Freya (who makes sizes you can't normally find). Some of the cups didn't keep me from showing through, or didn't come up high enough to keep the girls from falling out the middle. Panache seems to work well for me. This bra is SO comfortable- it's nice and airy, and was the first thing I noticed when I put it on. It's "squishy" in a good way, if that doesn't sound too weird. Band is true to size- I'm a 30, and started on the loosest hook. It just came the other week, so I have plenty of wear left in it. Good considering the cost! Seams show on my very thin t-shirts, but not on my regular workout ones. The cups are firm, yet flexible, so my nipples aren't visible. I guess that's what they call molded? If you wear the bra on its own, you may see a little, but from reading the reviews, I think most won't have that problem. I'm a little different than most. The interior has a nice little ...bar?..to separate the breasts. It's really a genius thing they did! The outside of the bra is molded so there is no uniboob, and inside is a padded bit to separate and support the chest. Absorbs sweat and doesn't make me feel constricted or too hot. Nice and comfy. Colors are nice, and did not show through my lilac workout t- not that I would have minded with these colors! The straps are adjustable. I have short shoulders, but I only need to go a quarter of the way down. Those of you who are average should have plenty of room to adjust as the bra stretches. I wonder how long that will take, though, since it is so well made! I didn't notice any bouncing on the outside, though I felt a little movement inside the bra. I'm still working on getting the adjusting right, so I can't tell if that's an error on my part or not. The racerback hook is nice, but does not get in the way or catch on my hair like the one on my everyday bra. +stars for that! And the straps come down in a scoop like a regular bra, instead of having that fabric over my back to hold in sweat. In conclusion, this supported my hard-to-find size well, feels great, and is well designed. Worth it even not on sale (though different colors seem to have discounts pretty frequently.) I would recommend it.

I spent much of my life believing that large-breasted women couldn't find a sports bra that actually works. My mistake! This is an excellent bra, and one of the most comfortable I've ever owned! This is the second one I've bought -- the first one lasted for several years (I machine wash but hang to dry). Fit is key! If you are able to go to a really good lingerie store where they specialize in fitting, do it! The first time I had a really good fitting done, it was at a store where they spend 7 months "apprenticing" before they are allowed to see a customer on their own. Obviously, that's not available to everyone, so here's some tips: 1) Many women need a smaller band size than they think! The chest band should be absolutely straight across your back. Straight like a ruler! Not "mostly straight with just a bit of curve." Not "as straight as is reasonable for clothes." Completely straight! If it isn't, your breasts are likely pulling down the front of the bra, which means the cup size is too small for you, or the strap is too large, or both. 2) Always fit a bra on the loosest strap setting; every bra will stretch out over months of wear, and if you start with the loosest setting, you can tighten it up, and continue to have a bra that fits well. Nearly all of a bra's support comes from the chest strap -- you should be able to flip the shoulder straps off and barely lose support. 3) If you go down in strap size, you will need to go up in cup size. The cup on a 32D is *significantly* smaller than the cup on a 36D. Before I was properly fitted, I (mistakenly) wore a 36C. Now I wear a 32F. (I'm 5'7", 132lbs). Make sure there is no breast tissue bulging over the cup. 4) You have to try on a bra to know if it fits. Sizing varies between brands, and even within a brand. I hope some of that is helpful! And this is a great sports bra!

This is nearly a perfect sports bra for me. The strap is bit tighter than their regular bras. Since the cups are molded it’s not a perfect fit: I need the projection but not the height. But it holds everything in place for high-impact workouts and is good for push ups, burpees, etc. Didn’t feel like I was wearing it during my last workout, I was able to focus and sweat!

I really wanted to like this bra. It's made of great materials, well constructed, comes in extended sizes, and isn't a racerback. But it seems to me that while they may have increased their pattern sizes, they didn't grade their patterns well enough for larger people when they increased them. I'm mid-size, but this bra felt like it was a straight size bra simply sized up, rather than one that was designed for larger breasts. I have a narrow band size and extremely wide set breasts. This is not an appropriate sports bra for people who have breast tissue that is set very wide. The band size is true to measure, but I was spilling out the sides and had gaping at the front. The underwires were set extremely close together and the band needed far more coverage vertically on the back and sides. These problems might be solved by getting an equivalent size with a larger band size, but I simply didn't have the energy to try.

This Panache sports bra is very well made with superior fabric, when you get it you know it was worth the price, it's going to last quite some time if cared for properly, this means gentle cycle or hand wash cycle stacked in a loungerie bag or hand wash, never a dryer! They come in UK sizes, look at the size chart at the barenecessities.com web site to make sure you get the correct size. The extra hook to make it into a racerback really gives the extra support for running. If you are large busted (36FF UK) you will love this bra, I have 2 now. I was quite happy to get it for a few dollars cheaper and free Prime shipping on Amazon. Oh yes, there is no uniboob. When my cheaper and less supportive ones wear out, which they are already doing, I will replace them with this much better one. I have had my first one for over a year now, it has not absorbed odor or stretched out in the slightest, I am still on the first set of hooks. Try to get fit professionally sometime or watch a youtube video, the front center of a bra should lay flat on your breast bone and you should not spill out the sides. If so, you are wearing too small of a cup size. The band should be helping to hold up the bra not just have the weight on your shoulders, but you should still be able to run two fingers under the back band. Also, if you are losing inches with your exercising in this bra, the rule is that when you go down a band size you go up a cup size in this and all your other bras. In this sport bra the inside form of the bra will lay flat on the breastbone if it is the correct size. Noticed picture of model in red/white/blue one is spilling over top and coming out the sides, that is not how it should fit. When you hook the racerback the top will fit fairly flat against your upper chest. Yes you are cinched up there, but the point of a sports bra is to keep you from having that downward bounce damaging skin. Update, first bra is 1 1/2 years old and just went to 2nd set of hooks, straps have barely stretched and still there is no odor absorption in the fabric.I now own three, the old cheaper ones I just use for yard work but they aren't very comfortable after a couple hours. Ended up working in yard after workout one day and was wearing the Panache, I wore it through 6 hours of activity and it barely loosens up and remained comfortable.

Panache Women's underwired Sports bra 28GG. I used to wear Panache lingerie and Freya lingerie daily bras in 28GG or 28H. This sports bra was way too small in the cup. I test wore it for 7 minutes and had to remove it because the straps were digging deeply into my shoulders causing me extreme pain. I had red marks on my shoulder for hours! . Thus, this bra is not supportive or comfortable. I also did a jump bounce test. The panache sports bra did not provide adequate support for jumping it was extremely painful to jump! The girls were not locked and loaded! This provides no support and no comfort.I had high hopes for this sports bra. I have tried many sports bras. I HATE European made sports bras from lingerie companies such as Panache, Freya, Shock Absorber. They don’t hire running sports bra designers. They just use their underwire bra and put thicker material on top. I tried Panache, Freya, Shock Absorber and all and they are all torture devices! The Enell is the worst! I do love Brooks formerly Moving Comfort. I own the discontinued Brooks Embody in 32G which band did go down to a 28 cinching option. I also have the discontinued Brooks Jubralee 32 F. They make this model now but named it “Brooks convertible run bra.” My problem is the cups don’t go very big in that model but the band can crank down tighter. Brooks has some models in 30 bands but the cups stop at F now. I can’t even squeeze into the F cup unless I am 106 pounds or less. My Holy Grail Sports bra is hands down the Glamorise double layer customizable sports bra. I don’t like the single layer Glamorize sports bras for running. I wear the Glamorise everyday! They don’t make any other model in a 32 band that has the option to cinch down to a 28. I wish Glamorise band could be a bit tighter but it’s my only option that is comfortable and functional. I wear it to lift weights and to jump rope and to run. Disregard Glamorize’s measuring guide. Glamorize says to measure the upper under arm pit circumference and subtract the largest bust measurement, using that calculation I would be a 32 B like boy. Instead subtract the bottom rib cage measurement from the center bust and I got my true 32 H cup. I LOVE the glamorize double layer customizable sports bra. If my house was on fire I would run back in to get them. My problem is my underbust is tiny a 27.5 inch. And all sports bras that are labeled small medium and large are way too big in the bands to provide support. When I am 95 pounds I can squeeze into a Moving Comfort's Juno sports bra in 32 E. I squeeze into it and it provides great support but they are difficult to take off when sweaty so I don’t grab them often. I prefer a scoop back bra to a racer back everyday of the week.. I love my Glamorise double layer customizable sports bras and I can do HITT cardio boot camp, jump rope, run and weight training in it without discomfort or any bounce! I love Glamorize’s double layer customizable sports bra so much! It’s my only option with a tiny 27.5 inch underbust. Brooks is a running company is one I do regularly try becoming when they do fit they Rock!

GREAT bra but BUYER BEWARE THIS IS UK SIZING NOT US SIZING. Those US sizes do not always translate properly to UK sizes because US sizing is not as standardized from brand to brand like UK sizing is...so even if you are POSITIVE you know your proper size, take the extra 5 minutes to follow the measuring guide here: [...] and this bra will fit you PERFECTLY the FIRST time! Besides, you never know how much you can vary in a short period of time and is it not just easier to take the 5 minutes to measure and trust that then to make returns and have to reorder? I had measured myself 5 ways to Sunday not THAT long ago ago and "thought" I was sure of my size, I feel I know a lot about bras, having changed 6 cup sizes post pregnancy with each of my 3 kids, nursing all of them, dealing with age and all that gravity that comes with it lol. I have done my share of measuring and bra buying. ...and I haven't used the old +4 measuring system in more than 15 years. Turns out I was STILL wrong lol. Ok, so I used their system and it told me I was a 32G, I did not believe them (even though their site tells you to trust your measurements lol) and I got my sister size of 34FF thinking no way am I a 32 anything. Wrong. So I buy this in my "sister size" of 34FF, cups fit near perfect but slightly wide due to the larger band...and band a tad loose. Huh, go figure...they were spot on with the 32G (US 32I) So my daughter gets this one, as that is her size...and I had to reorder for myself. Point being, if you use their measuring, you should be able to get this particular bra right the first go around as it is spot on with that measuring system. Now for this bra, I thought only a zipper sports bra could give this level of "anti" bounce lol...nope, of the 3 bras I ordered to try out THIS one beat out even the zippered sport bra I tried! (all bras were in a similar price range) It is very sturdy, the sturdiest of all 3, not flimsy at all like one of the brands I tried...doesn't smoosh you to kingdom come, you can actually breath, AND I jumped in place as if I were on a trampoline for a solid 5 minutes in front of a mirror with and without a shirt on and even in the 34FF that was a tad big in the band, I could hardly detect any bounce factor...I was astonished. Now THIS is a sports bra ladies. Extra benefit, it doesn't make your boobs look like the are running away from each other in opposite directions under a sport top either lol. You all know what I am talking about lol. You either get uniboob or repelling boobs...this gives neither if sized properly! Just normal boobs...well okay...big normal boobs lol.

Really pleased. Very comfy and it doesn't squash your chest and produce a mono chest. I would definitely buy another.

This is the only sports bra that works for me and I was SO excited to see that Amazon carries it in Canada. My chest is a 36H (yes... H) normally, and finding a sports bra that fits and provides support for running, crossfit and Olympic lifting is challenging. This is my second panache bra and I still love it, ive been using my first for a year and hand washing it and it's still in awesome condition. Here's what I love about it: - Underwire! It really lifts and separates everything to avoid the dreaded uniboob! - Padding - just enough padding to hide pointy nipples through the shirt (let's be real, we've all had that happen at the gym), not so much that it makes your boobs look bigger -Comfortable but not too wide straps, so no chafing but it doesn't look like you're wearing a grandma bra. - Convertible Y back is a game changer for extra support AND wearing cute racerback tanks. Basically, I love this bra and tell everyone about it. In terms of sizing, I usually go a cup size down on these but keep my band size. I've been professionally fitted so I know my bra size, but my boobs are bottom heavy and if I don't go down a size there's a lot of room at the top! I definitely recommend getting fitted and trying this bra on in a store before you order online because the fit can be a bit tricky but it's totally worth the extra effort! Hand wash it and it lasts forever! I've had my first one for three years and wore it 5-6 times/week.

Bought this bra cause I loved the colour and needed a bra with lots of support. It fit a bit tight at first, but after a while it started to fit more and more perfect. I will say it took longer than your reg bra to break in. They are not overly stretchy material. However it is amazing at keeping my breast in place and separated. It is not an every day bra, it is for working out, if you wore it all the time you will probably find it to restricting. This is because it needs to be tight and firm to hold everything well. I personally love it. I will say that it can get very hot after a good work out tho!

This is the only product I've found to date that has been suitable enough for someone like myself who has a very large chest. I typically find with sports bras that you can get away with wearing a smaller size than you would normally wear in a bra and unfortunately I've just found myself in the situation where I have to pick the largest size I can find and make do. I typically wear a 34 L cup in a regular bra and ordered the 34 J in this one as it was the largest cup size sold. I think that the size fits well and it offers as much support as you're probably going to get for an L cup sized chest (i.e. you're never going to have optimal support or at least I feel like I never will). Added bonus, they have a ton of great colour options.

C'est la première fois que j'utilise un soutien-gorge à coque est je m'y suis bien habituée. Le croisement des bretelles derrière permet un maintien encore plus ferme pour les sports où l'on bouge beaucoup. Mais cela a tendance à faire mal aux épaules.
