Super protection for thumbs and fingers!
Every fall my fingers and (especially) thumbs peel and crack. This can last for months despite my attempts to heal them or protect them. With this year being especially difficult I decided to try these finger gloves. Two sizes are included; large and medium. The medium gloves fit my fingers well with the exception of my pinky, and the large size fits my thumbs. My hands a probably normal size in all respects, so these sizes are well chosen. I didn't really expect these to stay on my fingers and/or thumbs without being taped, but they stay in place no matter what activity I'm involved in, and much of what I do requires the use of my hands. The sensitivity of these gloves is somewhat less than I have with bare hands, but still sufficient for me to do any type of work other than repairing cell phones. Of course, I can't see the small parts to an average cell phone either, so sensitivity is not an impediment. I like the "tackiness" of these gloves for handling paper; leafing through books and turning sheet music, something I had a problem with when my fingers were "dry". Some reviews claimed that these gloves stretch out after several uses, but I haven't found this to be the case--I've been using the same set for a month now and they still fit just as well. I did NOT cut off the top of these as some reviewers suggest in order to make them more comfortable. They are very tight and I can certainly tell I'm wearing them, but even when I use them all day I haven't found them to be so obejectionable that I had to remove them. They do NOT let your digits "breathe" very well, so I don't wear them overnight, something I thought I might do before I bought them. When I first bought these I purchased some hand crème for "working hands" (O'Keeffe's) and applied a dab of this on my fingertips before putting the gloves on. This made the tips of the gloves slide around somewhat, so I had to exercise caution when deciding whether to use the cream or not. Even with the cream the finger gloves did not come off. I used the cream often enough that within a couple of weeks my fingers and thumbs were completely healed! I use the gloves whenever I'm going to be doing something hand-specific, and sometimes I apply cream under the gloves. Even when I wear the gloves I apply cream to my entire hands, over top the gloves as well, and my hands have never felt better. Thanks to these finger gloves my thumbs and fingers are pain-free and without bleeding for the first winter in more years than I can remember. Nothing in my diet nor usual medication has changed, so I attribute the improvement to the protection provided by these finger gloves. I understand they do sell the sizes individually on their own website, if you need the small size or only have need of the large or the medium The pros of wearing these finger gloves far outweigh any possible cons, and if your fingers are cracked and bleeding you'll welcome the protection these things provide. I can't recommend them highly enough, and no, I'm not related to the makers of this product nor being paid for my positive review nor receiving free product--I just like this product VERY much and will continue using them as long as I have fingers and thumbs. Highly recommended!

SO SO SO DIRTY AND BEAT UP when received!!!! SO GROSS!!!!
DISGUSTING! TERRIBLY CRUMPLED PACKAGING to the point that the words are difficult to read in spots. TERRIBLE CONDITION! They were STUCK TOGETHER as rubber things can get when under extreme heat! ONE EVEN HAD A HOLE IN IT!We were SOSO excited to receive these just minutes ago because my daughter has a bad habit of picking at her fingers and she had asked me to get something like this for her because she doesn’t even realize she’s doing it until it hurts her fingers:(I have NEVER written a review on here before (that I can recall at least) but this was SO GROSS that I absolutely had to warn others not to waste their time. I mean the package even has a nasty, dirty fingerprint on the zipper area!!!!If anyone found good finger covers PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know!!!!

Perfect for when I work on my embroidery!
I've been using these finger gloves for about 7 months now. I absolutely love them! I do cross stitch embroidery and other needle crafts like making beaded jewelry, etc. These are fantastic. I used to use band aids to protect my fingers from the blisters that would constantly develop from pushing the needle through the cloth but it got harder and harder to find band aids I could use more than once. Not to mention, band aids are expensive and if I didn't put it on just right it would hinder my progress.Reusable finger gloves actually are reusable. They endure having my needle gouge into them with ease when I have to push it through some stitches. And they do a fantastic job of protecting my fingers, while also giving me a little extra grip when I need it. I recommend these to all my friends who craft and could benefit from them.So long as you trim them up to a comfortable length you shouldn't have any problems with them. There is a little ring at the base of the hole. If you have problems with the finger glove cutting off your circulation, just trim that off and it should be fine. My fingers are actually between sizes. Some them can use medium perfectly fine, and some require the large size. Though repeated use of the medium finger gloves will stretch them a bit, and then I can use them fine for the fingers they were tight on before. Sizing is everything. So once you tackle that hurdle and get your sizes figured out, there's a good chance you're going to love them.As mentioned above, I've been using them for about 7 months. I do some embroidery for a few hours pretty much daily and I've still got a ton of these finger gloves left. At the rate they last, it's going to be at least a year before I need to order more. So they are definitely the worth the money.
