Works for 1/2” and 1/4” irrigation tubing!
Works great for my transition from 1/2” to 1/4” irrigation tubing for my flower beds. The 1/2” tubing slid on with no problem and would probably stay without the hose clamp. The 1/4” tubing took some convincing but works great now that it’s on. I had to heat the tubing in hot water to help it stretch around the adapter. Definitely the most solid 1/2” to 1/4” reducer I could find. Haven’t had any leaking and I would be shocked if I ever did.

Work but size is not correct
I bought 1/2 inch to 1/4 reducer. 1/2 inch works with no problem but the 1/4 side is not correct. I used 3/8 hose instead. I am lucky that I have both 3/8 and 1/4 hose so it is not a problem for me. The reducer is good quality but I wish the size is correct.

Perfect fit
I used this product for a very specific tube diameter reducer. I tried products at Home Depot, Lowe’s and the local hardware store and all of them did NOT work. So I tried this one from Amazon - PERFECT FIT! Super high quality and machining on it too. It’s becoming harder for me to justify buying things from the local big box stores when the accuracy of parts on Amazon is so great. See photos for the fit on a plumbing piece I was fixing.

Not sure why they show 6 pieces
I only needed a 3/8 to 5/16 reducer so ordered this. All I got was one reducer despite the picture showing two reducers and 4 clamps. Well, I got what I needed so I'm not complaining. Just be aware of what exactly you are ordering.
