Absolutely not they hardly stick on the wall for a few days

Would these stick well to walls?

Used these to stick some fairly heavy cables to the wall. After 2 years about 1 in 10 had fallen off. More than suitable.

will this damage wall paint when I peel it off?

I stuck about 20 of these down and peeled them off a year and a half later. Two of them took the paint with them, the rest did not. If your paintwork is fragile and/or you’re very bothered about paint coming off then avoid, but generally I’d say it won’t be a problem.
