Very Secure!
5’4, 138lbs, and I purchased a size small which fits perfectly. These were ordered as a replacement for older menstrual panties that have gotten good use. I decided to stick with the same brand due it’s quality, comfortable fabric and clean, even stitching. The fabric is thick and makes me feel secure on my heavier days. I do wear sanitary napkins with them and small leaks have been contained, clothes have not been ruined. They have nice, soft, stretch when putting them on but also comfortable compression that helps to reduce my bloated-look in clothing.

Comfortable, true to size, and stayed dry for minor leaks.
I purchased these for my MIL after reading through other reviews. She was looking for something absorbent in place of adult diapers. I shared with her that there were many choices for incontinent or period briefs and she asked to give them a try. I chose this set because they were neutral in color and not too light in case of stains. She liked the neutral colors and that they came in a pack of three (one to wash and one to wear with a spare). She said they fit true to size, were much more comfortable than adult diapers and they have washed well. For the record, she is not completely incontinent but for peace of mind for minor leaks, these did the trick!

Good quality underwear, but not leak proof
I've had these for 2 years almost and they have held up great, gone through the washer and dryer without any problems, they're comfortable even if they are on the thick side, and have maintained their shape. I use them primarily as a backup since I use a menstrual disc and there seems to always be a little fluid escaping no matter what (probably just my anatomy). They've been great as backups and I highly recommend them for that. They are NOT leak proof though! I would not recommend these for heavy bleeders or for even normal bleeders as your primary wear. I am on one of my heavier days and was putting my kids to bed when I felt "the gush" and knew I needed to empty my disc. But that's why I wear these backup undies. So I made it through bedtime and went to empty my disc and change my underwear. I definitely had a leak through the underwear (as seen in the photo). Not real bad, but enough that it could've ruined some clothes if I had to go longer. Now I know, and so do you.Overall, great underwear for backup use with cups, discs, or tampons. Don't recommend for full reliability on normal-heavy days.

Works Great
These are the most comfortable period underwear I've ever had. They are a great price, love that they're made of cotton, easy to wash, and have held my light postpartum bleeding ever since leaving the hospital with no leakage.

Would but again
These are super comfortable and great for a light period or for sleeping. They leak a bit with a heavier flow. I love the stretch and the size is great.

Great brand
I wear these at night during my cycle. They have replaced night time pads/panty liners. Fit true to size and very comfortable. Easy to rinse and wash.

Just so comfortable!!
Love how they feel, very soft but thick and enough stretch. I use them for when I sleep and for the gym. Best investment I could have made to feel safe and secure. No leaks which is awesome, I think it absorbs better than an actual pad. I have washed them a few times and the fabric has not thinned out, nor looks faded. Still looks brand new!! Worth every cent.
