With so many empty bottle complaints why is it continued as an 'Amazon Prime' product?

Whoever said, “It Works”, for whom? What about those who have paid for it and never gotten to try it? I think Amazon should ask them to redesign the bottle and know that they’re standing behind something real. I’m scared to buy.

Would you need 2 pods for both eyes & the mouth area?

I use 1/2 a pod under my eyes. I don’t use it around my mouth so I would think that 1 pop would be enough for you. You don’t want to put it on too thick

It is the same formula that is in the pump, only it is package in a small squeezable tube.

Does plexaderm skincare work on Afro American skin?

Yes, it "works" in tightening the under eye and thus removing the bags. HOWEVER, as others have experienced it creates unsightly dark he dark circles under the eyes. Same experience with "Sudden eyes" product. It's 2023, and there are still products that are not made for us.
