When we opened the package we were stunned to find out the interia was covered by MOLD! It is obvious that the pot was used before but not cleaned afterwards. The package also comes with molding smell! We demand full refund.

We chose this over others for the capacity. Some competitive products are very small inside. The electronic components on this unit don't exude super high quality, but for the price everything seems OK. It works as advertised and my wife - who is the Asian cook in the house - is very happy with it.

Good choice for making Chinese soup. Easier than non-electric pots.

It dried up quickly

I hated it. It didn't work jist after I used it very short time. The seller was not friendly and didn't have it returned.

High quality of soup

I used the high setting for cooking soup. It cut down the cooking time and the soup is tasty.

It wouldn't heat up.
