We used these to pack for our vacation to reduce the size of our items. They were easy to seal using our vacuum. At the end of the vacation we used them again for our wet towels and dirty laundry. We had taken the hand pump along. Once we laid on the bag to push out as much air as possible, we zipped it up. We used the hand pump to get the remaining air out and it took less than 20 seconds. It worked perfectly. We have recommended them to several friends already. I will give you one piece of advice. After you lay on the bag to get out the first bit of air and zip it shut, put the bag into whatever you’re packing it into. When you pump/suck the remaining air out, the bag will conform to the item it’s packed into. We did our first bag with our sheets and pillows (we were going camping and packing into stacking storage bins) zipped into the bags but when we sucked out the last bit of air it wouldn’t lay flat in the bottom of the bin. It gets so solid after removing the air, you can’t bend it. Putting it into the suitcase or bin prior to removing the air for the last time makes it fit perfectly into the area you want it in. HIGHLY recommend!

Now that school is virtual, I turned our walk-in closet into a make shift office for our son. The closet was a mess with everything thrown in there. These saved the day because I was able to put all our winter coats, snowsuits, comforters, and pretty much anything that has air that can be sucked out into them. It's been over a month and only one has "leaked" and puffed back up. I think that was due to user error though and I misaligned the zipper seal. The hand pump is easy to use and I used it more than our vacuum to get the air out. There are so many bags in the kit that I have left overs. Plus the variety of bag sizes are great. The XXL are huge and I was able to fit our king size comforter and throw in extra sheets with room to spare.

Used these to make room in our linen closet and to shrink down clothes that aren't ready to use yet. There is some WILD variety in the sizes, such that it was hard to get much into the small and I think a jumbo might fit a truck. Really I think that was only a problem because I got a limited amount with this package. Overall I thought these worked fine, though the valve can be finicky and sometimes when I pulled the vacuum off them I could hear air hissing back in until I just poked the foam with my finger and it stopped. It also can really depend on where the valve is positioned, what kind of surface you're deflating it on, and so on. One of the bags I got leaked, which is of course a bummer. We'll see what the seller does about that and I might adjust my feedback if they're not helpful about it.

I tried another brand before this (Magic Bags) and 95% of them had holes in them where they would slowly reinflate over the course of a few days (I realized recently that you could actually hear the pin sized hole letting air out of the bag and ALL of the holes were in the exact same spots on those bags. Super frustrating.) Anyway, I went in search of something more durable and gave these a try. So far none of them have reinflated and they were easy to use. I do wish the jumbo size was larger (the Magic Bag jumbo size could fit a king sized comforter and this only accommodates a queen) but I'll take the better quality over the capacity difference. I am literally about to buy another box of these for sweaters and other items. I highly recommend.

We had some generic space saver bags that always leaked air making them useless. These are awesome. They're a mix of sizes (XL is REALLY large), compress well, and stay compressed. We've had ours compressed for about 4 months with no leakage. Only item is that we have to use the hand pump (which requires a lot of pumping for the large bags) since the size of the vacuum hole doesn't fit Dyson vacuums. I wish they had an adapter attachment for different size hoses which would allow us to use it with any vacuum. Very helpful is you're traveling and want to use the vacuum in your AirBnB instead of carrying the pump.

So these are great very sturdy very thick material we use them for when my son went off to his first duty station. I also have some of his things still packed at home in them. They easily fold even after you vacuum sealed them up. The only small flaw is that they had these little blue clips that help you seal the bags, but they’re not attached to the bags so if you’re not careful, you will lose them. So I keep mine with my 3m hooks.

Roughly half of them that I have tried don't seal during the manual pumping. The pink silicone piece doesn't seal against the plastic orifice. So after every pull of air with the pump the air goes right back into the bag. Regardless of pumping speed or force you could sit there for an hour and make no progress. One of the bags works during the pumping phase but then slowly takes on air when sitting with the cap on and tight. The onces that work have worked well to compress sleeping bags, blankets, and pillows.

Ero un po' scettica inizialmente, sul sistema in sé più che sulla marca. Pensavo di acquistare semplicemente delle scatole classiche x riporre i vestiti del cambio di stagione ma le recensioni erano ottime così mi sono decisa a provare. Vale la pena. Ho acquistato la versione con più misure al suo interno tanto x capire effettivamente quale mi sia più comoda in base alla capienza e al posto che ho a disposizione x stiparli una volta pieni. Gli unici due sacchi che non ho ancora usato a sorpresa sono i più grandi e sono anche quelli che avrei immaginato di usare per primi magari per piumoni o coperte ma sono davvero enormi e quindi non ne ho avuto bisogno. Il materiale è molto resistente , la plastica è super spessa ed è un bene perché garantisce che non ci siano infiltrazioni d'aria , che ciò che viene contenuto sia al riparo da polvere e sporco e che li si possa maneggiare senza aver timore che si spacchino. Sono riuscita a fare un bel po' di spazio sia negli armadi che negli scaffali del ripostiglio. È una bella trovata e mi sento di consigliarli per la qualità che ho riscontrato!

EDIT: I obviously wrote my review too soon, as after a week, every bag has re-inflated. I despair. I only want to store a few winter items and just can't seem to find anything that stays compressed for more than a few days. I've had so many different brands of vacuum bags over the years, so good, some awful. I've had to buy more and chose this brand as I'd seen them recommended by Good Housekeeping, but mainly because of the 'Verified by Transparency' pledge, which assures you that they're the genuine make, and presumably that they'll work. I don't always want the cheapest option, I'd rather pay a bit more for a genuinely good product and have it work. I've only used one so far but they seem to be decent quality and thickness, and it's so far stayed deflated.
