What are the mixing instructions for plant bug spray?

This is my goto spray for keeping away insects and providing small amount of nitrogen to the plants for new growth. You dont need to buy chemicals or insecticides. Just spray this once a week. And make sure you use good potting soil. 30oz (900ml) hot water 1 tsp (5ml) Neem oil 1 tsp (5ml) Pure Ammonia. (some household ammonia cleaners are toxic to plants) 1 tsp (5ml) Mint Mouthwash (bugs hate it) 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Dish soap (not anti-bacterial soap, you dont want to kill the good bacteria in the soil) So thats like 917.5ml in a 936ml bottle from wally world. Just enough room to put the nozzle back in it.

Would this product be helpful to keep squirrels away?

I don't know about squirrels since I don't have that problem in my garden. But one thing is for sure: This is the best Neem Oil of about 10 different Neem Oils I bought in the last several years. Just one application, all bugs fled away! No kidding!!
