I love this tea. I am dialysis patient. All the time i have gas and bloating all the time. I start using this tea and my bloating. Its also help me ro shred away my extra weight as well. Thanks to yarba mate tea. ๐

Weird Effect
The taste is good but it did make my heart race and I got a bit dizzy. I am not sure why because I drank it once before and it was fine but the next time I drank it, I felt funny. Itโs been months since I drank it again.

Gentle energy boost!
As an avid coffee drinker, I find this yerba mate tea amazing. It has a gentle energy boost and with a dash of honey, it taste great. As busy as I am in the morning getting ready for work packing my lunch, it's a breeze to click on the hot water kettle and pour a tumbler of tea on my way out the door. So pleased with this tea, I have started a subscription to receive this product regularly to keep it available. It is not available at any local supermarket I've searched. I highly recommend!

I like the taste but I do add sugar. Have not notice any less hunger cravings or energy. So it ok. Nothing special.

Too much caffeine for me
I tried it, but I find it to be bland and it has too much caffeine for me. This is a very subjective I realize. I am not saying that the product is bad. I am just saying that it is not for me. I am giving it to a friend who loves this tea.
