Does it actually clean clothes it seems rather watery?

I think it does! I love how it makes the clothes smell for sure! You could always drop a pod in with it, I do sometimes.

Can you premix this with some non-scented detergent and just keep it mixed in a container to use?

I love this stuff and so does anyone else that has it. It's pretty expensive but worth it. As for your question, I really don't know I've not tried to mix mine.

How many washes can I do with 4 ounces does it do a couple loads
