I bought it for my father.It stopped working after one month.Company replaced promptly. So, I'm changing my rating to 5 star

Pros:1. Excellent sound quality2. Easy to navigate different features3. Absolutely love the pre installed songs that come with the product4. Product was well packaged and reached here safely5. Pocket sized and cute6. Easy to carry around everywhere7. Great to gift a traditional music lover8. Love the fact that I can plug an aux cable connecting other speakers and it acts like an mp3 player.9. Has USB port so I can play other downloaded songs in the absence of an internet connection.Cons:1. Still have not figured out the AM/FM feature of the radio2. Still haven’t figured out the charging time to usage ratio (battery appears to be draining fast but could potentially be because charging time isn’t enough)

Update: Stay away and save your money.I recently purchased Caravan 2 mini that came with a six-month warranty. The product worked well for the first six months, but unfortunately, it malfunctioned just after the warranty period ended!!!I must say I was disappointed with this experience. I had high hopes for this product which I had purchased as a gift for an elderly relative , and it worked well for the initial six months .The song collection , clarity of the sound and the usability was so much appreciated by the person. However, just after the warranty ended, the power button stopped working, leaving me with no choice but to look for a repair.What was even more frustrating was the cost of returning the product. Since the warranty had already expired, I had to bear the cost of the courier bill, which was Rs.800 for this model. I felt that this was unfair, especially since the product malfunctioned just after the warranty period ended.Ultimately the cost of the product gets added by any repair/return that is going to dampen the euphoria of having sucha a good product.Overall, while the experience with the product for the first six months was very good, the fact that it malfunctioned just after the warranty ended and resulted in a costly return experience has left me disappointed. I would have expected a product with a six-month warranty to last longer than that, and I would have hoped that the company would have been more understanding about the situation and offered to cover the cost of returning the product.Moreover when searching online there are other similar experiences being listed by other users where the product malfunctioned right after the very short warranty period.In conclusion, while I cannot recommend this product due to my personal experience with it, I would advise others to be wary of purchasing products with a limited warranty period, as this may result in costly return experiences in case of any malfunction.

The speaker feels premium due to rubberized body and sound quality.The problems include inability to select fm channels, quality issues,etc.Had to replace it initially due to receiving used unit. The replacement unit worked for hardly one week, after which recorded music selection went kaput. This time had to contact saregama, as return window for Amazon was over.However customer care of saregama was very prompt and sent a brand new replacement unit, which is working fine till date..

Pros -1. Value for money2. Connectivity - USB, Bluetooth , Aux in, FM, AM. In which I like the AM as a big plus.3. Collection of songs - Good soothing songs. Good to listen while work or doing some household chores.Cons- 1. Being a collection of old songs , the sound quality is not that good. Expect a radio quality only without the radio hiss.2. Volume of all the songs are normalized. After each song , you may need to adjust the volume. Some of them are recorded loud, some of them are hard to hear.3. FM reception- cannot save stations
