This is a long review but it’s because I’ve had a lifetime of pain until now. I’ve been using this for a year with my urologist’s approval. I have painful bladder syndrome/Interstitial cystitis & urinary retention. I get UTI’s OFTEN all my life! I use these every time I have a “flare” & my bladder ALWAYS goes back to normal! I don’t use them daily. Only when I notice something isn’t feeling just right…but often. At least once a week. There have been maybe 3 times total in the last year that I’ve gotten a UTI since starting these & every time it was bc I didn’t take them the DAY the pain started. I take them when I have a UTI because they make you pee more & it seriously feels like your urinary tract is being flushed out! I’ve never had any sensitivity or side effects other than peeing more than usual. I take them after sex too (sometimes just 1 instead of 2) & I haven’t had issues with pain the next day that used to happen EVERY TIME I had sex. UTI’s/flares can happen fast for me. If I had a soda 1 day…didn’t drink enough water 1 day…any of those times, now I don’t have to wait & worry & drink so much water I’m sick. I can drink water slowly & steadily. Take 1 of these…go to bed…& I know I’m good! Might be gettin up to pee 3 times or so in the night but that beats UTI pain EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE! Thank you for creating this product! It’s like a reset for your urinary tract when things aren’t going so smoothly & I would 100% take it daily if I needed to!

This vitamins are the best! If you have any blatter or uti take these instead of antibiotics, bc the prescription antibiotics will k.ll ya
