This is one of those products that not only met my expectations, but far exceeded it. First, it is incredibly sturdy and well made; second, installation instructions were clear and made it a breeze; third, for the one issue I had, customer service was helpful, friendly and resolved the issue (a simple wear and tear issue after 9 months of CONSTANT use) beyond my satisfaction; fourth, it gives me peace of mind that my dog won't escape the yard; and fifth, and most importantly, my dog loves it!

This is what you want for the dog that pulls. The clip to the collar broke and was quickly replaced by vendor.

takes two strong people to install, but is heavy duty.

Lasted 2 days.My dog took off running after a rabbit and snapped the end of the lead right off. It barely slowed her down.
