Does is it go up the stairs?

I have had no issues going up the stairs with it its light

Has anyone got any actual experience of using this to carry the rated load 80kg in the vertical position?

I've carried 2 bags of 40kg compost easily, its very strong

Can you change the wheels? I want replace them with pneumatic wheel, that are much bigger than these. Thx

You could but it wouldn’t be worth it the best thing about this trolly is that it folds up nice and compact, if you want pneumatic wheels just buy one that already has them it would probably be cheaper too

Would this be suitable to help remove and old washing machine and to install a 75KG washing machine?

Yes, although if you need to carry it across gravel you can get trucks that have wheels with tyres on them which may be easier
