These are great for mobility in the joints, take away arthritic pain , takes a month or so to start working but once they do. Brilliant 👏

Never used these before, great to take, but leave a aful taste in your mouth with in a couple of hours, I usually buy all my tablets from this company only one I have had problems with, I go back to my normal tablet after i have used rest of tablets. They have worked on pain but other tablets did to, did not leave a aful taste like these tablets, as soon as I stopped taking them the taste disappeared. Just does not suit me. Recommend as it might work better for others. Why 4 stars.

this really helps my joints - i am a musician and i also walk a lot - 5-10 miles on a good day. have been taking these for a few years now, was originally recommended by my postman. will not stop taking them, as they do such an effective job.
