Does it make the dough turn purple when cooking?

I have ordered this twice and the product is excellent for gluten-free baking. It does not turn purple as some psyllium products do. It is to do with the processing - the outer husk contains anthocyanins that turn purple. The higher quality products remove the outer husk.

Does your factory handle gluten, soya, milk ?

Dear customer, thank you for showing interest in our products. The Psyllium Husks NaturaleBio are allergen-free. I invite you to contact us in private and we will send you the documentation. Customer care NaturaleBio

Can someone confirm this whole psyllium husk seeds and not the powder?

This is fairly granular husk, not the fine, bitter powder. It works well in fruit smoothies. I have used the product for years and it is worth buying. I buy the 1kg bag but the supplier does have random stock issues with this.

Does this clump easily? I've bought good and bad psyllium and want to buy a decent one that doesn't clump as soon as water hits it

No it doesn’t clump and it works really well
