Locating an insulin pump pouch that fits is extremely difficult. This leather case/pouch is a perfect fit. The pump slides in & out of the case with no restriction. The leather is both durable & made of top quality leather. Very happy.

This is one of my favorite things I have purchased on Amazon, and believe me I purchased a lot. It looks and feels better then described. If you are tired of the original medtronic clips that break every time you sneeze, then need this good looking, reliable case . Just buy it . You won’t be disappointed .

It doesn’t stay on the belt and being Velcro it’s not really easy to open it pulls off the belt really easy and it’s not really comfortable while in a sitting position

At first I thought, wow this is nice. But only had it I think less then 2 weeks, and already the leather is coming off the clip. So disappointed , really thought it would work out, and be nice Too bad

Very pleased with this product. I use it as a holster for my Medtronic 670G insulin pump. It is easy to open and view the pump, and attaches easily to my belt. I have ordered a second one to have on hand. This has worked so well, I bought a second one.

I like the overall design, but the metal clip digs in to my waist. The inside of the clip has no lip either, so it is not very secure and slips off my waistband a lot. It will not stay on anything thinner than jeans.

Didn't last, binding around edge started to unravel. My husband is hard on cases so may do better for someone else.
