Dallas Manufacturing Co. Berber Pet Throw, 40-Inch-by-50-Inch, Brown

purchased this pet throw because I wanted a thick throw for my older dog. it was spec'd at 1 1/2 inches - it's lucky to be 1/2 inch. I would return this item but it was shipped without a packing slip, sales slip or invoice.

I use two of these for an oversized chair cushion and the ottoman. They look great and are helping with the dog hair issue.

Love the color of this throw and keep it in my truck behind the seat when it is not being snuggled into by my dogs. They like the berber side. It protects my truck seat from drools and hair. Love it!!

I really should have gotten out my tape measure first and measured the dog throws that I bought at Costco a few years ago (that Costco doesn't seem to want to stock anymore...). I assumed this one was close to the same size---it wasn't. Costco's measure 50X60", a much better size for medium-large dogs. This one doesn't drape over the back of the couch at all; it's better suited for floor only. And the polyester backing is very "slick". I would prefer cotton, or at least a more "cottony" type of polyester. However, I will keep this; I'm sure the dogs won't know the difference...

Terrible product. Not made very well at all, my well-trained dogs accidentally tore it up just by circling and lying down on it. I believe it would be good for a de-clawed animal.

Like everything about it except for how it slides on my hardwood floors.

This product works well this is the second time I bought one.

This is nice enough for maybe laying across a dog bed or in a crate but for a bed throw, forget about it. The material is so slick, it just slides around and then off the bed. I don't know why folks that make these don't consider such an obvious issue. I cannot find these with the padding in between the top and bottom with a non slip bottom. Gave 3 stars because they are well made.
