I have a great nephew who’s about 13 who is very good at basketball and he’s in junior high now and I also have a great grandson. Who’s just starting his basketball and he’s in elementary school and they’re both good students in school and I thought that this would give them a lot of insight into the mathematics of it. I love this book. Each of them have their own book.

The book was a gift for my eight year old grandson; he is a "stats" kid and loved the book. The biggest surprise was that many of his older siblings were interested in the book as well!

This was actually a book replacement for the like-titled book on baseball, which he already had. Baseball may be high on his mind now during baseball season, but he equally loves basketball and was excited to get this same book on his other favorite sport!
