I recently purchased a set of king size cooling pillows, and I can confidently say they’ve completely transformed my sleep. As someone who tends to sleep hot, I’ve struggled with waking up in the middle of the night feeling sweaty and uncomfortable. These pillows have solved that problem entirely. I bought the pillow because the description said both the pillow and cover were washable. When I received it, the tag showed only the cover was washable. I am hoping the seller will make the correction regarding the pillow itself: is it, or is it NOT washable? (See edit) I will try it out and see how well I like it even though I can’t wash it. There is a no-questions asked guarantee, so if anything I can send it back. *Edit*. The company emailed me, confirmed that only the pillow cover is washable, and will work on making that correction in the description. Their customer service rep was very apologetic, thorough and kind. And as it turns out, I actually really like the pillow and changed my rating to 5 stars because even without being able to wash the pillow, it’s very comfortable and supportive, and the value is excellent! The company was very responsive to my question too, which is what good companies should do...and they did! The cover is really soft and I’m glad I can wash that, because it feels so good against my skin. The firmness is perfect for me, but as others have said, you can take some of the stuffing out to make it softer if you need to.

Soooo, I bought my husband and daughter one and they both love them. Have to say, they do seem to be sleeping better. My only issue is that the material inside seems to spread apart. I'm used to my tempurpedic pillow i guess bc its one piece of memory foam. Only reason I didn't buy another tempurpedic is bc i haven't won the lottery and the current one i have came with my mattress. All in all, these pillows do seem comfy and def worth it for the price.

I've been searching for a pillow with this firmness to replace my aging one for 2 years. This is it! I love how soft it is, but still providing support. Its nice and big, fluffy, and doesn't heat up. When I first got the package I thought there was a mistake when i picked it up! It was surprisingly heavy! I sleep on my side, and love the pillow

I wasn't sure what to expect with this pillow but I have to say I am very impressed. I have been sleeping on down feather pillows for decades & decided to try this. As soon as it arrived in a vacuum sealed bag, instead of waiting for it to puff up & put it in my dryer with a couple of wool dryer balls & set it on the sanitize setting to make sure I was killing any possible bacteria/germs & let it run for about 30 min. Some other similar pillows & reviews state their memory foam pillows are flat & thin... Well not this one! Maybe because I put it in the dryer with the dryer balls to fluff it up.. but I can assure you it was fluffed up! Last night was my first night sleeping with it & I might take some of the filling out for my preference, but I can't say I had a bad nights sleep. The pillow was very supportive & on the firm side (for me) but again I am used to a down/feather pillow. I have to say I was impressed with this pillow & will probably buy more. I highly recommend it!

I havent slept on it yet. But it is like what I was hoping for. Picture matches description. It comes with all air out and then once you open it fluffed up. It does have a bad smell for a few hours. So important to air out for a day before using. It doesn't seem to be cooling but its kinda cool to the touch, with my back on it for several minutes my back is warm. Size is good size average pillow size. Update after sleeping on it, its very comfortable but it is hot. I will be returning

It hurted my shoulder and neck, it has a very awkward height and its thickness does not allow a good rest. It is like if that kept your head against your chest. I am 5'6 and I thought it was because of my height so I gave it to a 6,3 person and he had the same comments. I bought another pillow which really helped me sleep in a normal position. I have books that are thicker than this pillow. Whoever gave it more than a 1 star... I shake my head at thee. I bought it partially because the reviews were relatively good, and because I desperately needed a pillow, but will be returning. It is lumpy, and the pieces are not uniform. Zero support. Better off sleeping on a bunched up sweatshirt.

Unfortunately, after 72 hours or letting the foam "fluff up", the maximum height it grew to was 1 1/2 inches. I see some reviews that were glowing and positive which is the reason I purchased it. The reseller better get in touch with the manufacturer. Definitely not as advertised in our case.
