JJ's Bakery Chocolate Pie Snack Pies, Individual Dessert, Fresh-Baked, Nut-Free, Kosher Parve, 4 Oz Each (Pack of 12)

I am not a “pie” person. I like Apple and Chocolate, that's about it. I purchased a box of these, as my dessert after my meal. I have to say, I was very impressed. Since I have eaten a lot of chocolate pies, I know what they are supposed to taste like. THIS is what they are supposed to taste like. Not sure how you can my guess semi-mass produce such a good chocolate pie, but they found a way. This is NOT a Home-Made Chocolate Pie, but it is a reasonable, easy, replacement. It's a great treat when you just want something sweet to eat.

These little chocolate pudding pies are pretty cool pretty awesome wonderful I'm eating them now I only ate one but the price is good the pies are excellent yep no complaints here

The pies arrived not packaged like shown in the photos. They sat on many trucks in sweltering heat and humidity for days. When I felt the individual box, I knew immediately these were going to be gross. The box felt soggy and the pies were flat and appeared to be a chocolate sponge. Nothing like the glazed pastry with creamy filling I get when I buy one from a gas station. This "treat" of 12 to share was a disaster and complete waste of money; as they are not Returnable. I tried to salvage them by placing in the fridge or even giving it a quick session in a toaster oven. Nope! Can't be rescued and right to the garbage. Thanks JJ's and Amazon for robbing me. Find better packaging or refrigerate them! Seriously, don't buy these (at least in the warmer months)! You have been warned!

The chocolate pies were good. However the pie crust was somewhat hard and way too sugary. We might try them again and hope they are more soft and not to much sugar. I need expiration date also.

Delivered fast and product was fresh and packaged well.

Took a little longer to get here, but that’s OK because they’re very tasty pies.

These are a great treat chocolate lovers. I like the flaky exterior and rich sauce. My only negative critique is the extremely slow delivery. Sometimes, it can take a week or week and a half to arrive. After my most recent order arrives (late), I’ll stop ordering these. I’ll revert to stocking up at convenience stores.

My wife loves them I'm not fond of pies like that so I will leave it at that
