This is an excellent product for anyone with plantar fasciitis. I went to a podiatrist who had me get custom orthotic insoles made from a casting of my foot, and they didn't do much for me. Yet this Pinnacle Power Max insoles product did work and worked 10 times as effective as what our medical care system came up with. They hold your feet and arches in their proper position with resilient support yet have just the right amount of give to have that bounce in your step again. I recommend buying a pair for every pair of shoes you own. Depending on how the shoes are made you might need to put a small adhesive shim under them on the mid arch to back of heal on the inner side--especially shoes that do not provide jack for support by themselves. The key is to really look at how your feet tilt inward or outward with each pair of shoes and get these insoles shimmed if necessary on specific shoes so that your feet remain in the proper tilt angle so that your arches are at the same consistent angle laterally across all pairs of shoes you own. You might want to bring these and all your shoes to your podiatrist and have him assist you in determining where the proper alignment is. I am confident these insoles are the best tool to get you there but again, each pair of shoes is different so you need to get them all positioned right. It will make such a world of difference once your body weight is resting upon properly aligned feet and arche supports uniformly applied across all pairs of shoes. The tendons from beneath your ankle reaching straight down on either side will thank you once you get it so the weight is evenly distributed and you are not stretching one tending and compressing the other in one pair of shoes while doing the opposite in another pair. I also find that having slippers that have a back behind the heal so that insoles like these can be held in place even when loafing around the houses also does wonders for having your feet ready for the work day tomorrow. This insole product is without a doubt far better than custom orthotics that are hundreds of dollars, sometimes thousands.

These insoles were prescribed to me by my podiatrist. As in, I left the appointment with a handwritten sheet of paper telling me to buy these specific insoles and one of three brands of shoes. My feet don’t have arches. They just squish. If I stand barefoot on a smooth floor, I sometimes get a suction cup effect. This was causing a lot of ankle and knee pain. These insoles force my feet to have arches, and now I have a lot less ankle pain. I can wear them all day without problems. They last about a year, then it’s recommended you buy new ones. They are fairly stiff on the toe to heel direction so they are easy to put in shoes. They are shaped for athletic shoes or maybe men’s style dress shoes. I would ask a doctor before getting these insoles; however, if you have really flat feet, it is worth trying them.

Not soft but it fit my foot good and it has very good arch support, just a little higher then average.. Also if you go barefoot the surface of the insole is rough - not comfortable, you'll want to wear socks.. The insole had very little cushioning so if you need that try a different pair.

Never have I ever had inserts that actually touch my high arches. I have very thin wide feet, but not wide enough to wear wide width, just uncomfortable in most shoes. These inserts are the most supportive I've ever had. I've been wearing them for a week at work. No back, knee, or foot pain. They are a little taller than others I've had and there is a small nickle sized area on the top of my foot that gets sore from my shoe because they are taller. But even after a 12 hour shift, its just a little red and sore in that spot, and it goes away pretty quick. So far I am in love!

This brand of insole was recommended to me by my podiatrist after I was diagnosed w/ plantar fasciitis. I had used insoles before w/ little or no pain relief, and the other insoles felt like I was walking on a speed bump in the middle of my arch all day. When I received these insoles, I was skeptical, given my previous experience. I took the insoles out of my work shoes and inserted these insoles, and they fit inside my shoe perfectly w/o me having to cut them down or resize them. Less foot pain within two weeks? How about two days? I went to work the next day and immediately felt a difference and pretty significant pain relief. The pain wasn't 100% gone, but I had significantly less pain w/ these insoles in my shoes. Combined w/ stretching exercises, rest, and a prescribed anti-inflammatory, I now have virtually no pain. (I say virtually because there is no pain some days and very mild pain that is easily ignored other days.) These insoles provide moderate arch support, but I don't feel like I'm walking on a speed bump. I use these insoles in my work shoes, which are composite-toe safety shoes that I'm required to wear at work. My podiatrist is now sending me to be measured for prescribed custom orthotics. However, I'd buy these again in a heartbeat because they actually work! I'm still going to keep them as a backup once I get my custom orthotics.

Love these, for me to stand correctly without being uncomfortable. The cushion is soft but firm where needed, they don’t slip out of my shoe or move. Great quality for an amazing price

Too thick for running shoes. Had to return.

Just slightly smaller than a size 6 shoe and a little bit thicker than I would like Felt a little tight when I first put them in but after a short while they were fine , In fact my feet feel better and less pain in my knees and back I’ve only been wearing them for a few days
