Impressive stand
This is a great bike stand for $50. I use it to work on my 35lb all-mountain bike as well as my much lighter road bike, and it handles them both with no issues, it's very stable. It folds up fairly compact and isn't very heavy, so it's easy to store and transport. There are a few nuances to consider with this stand:- It works best to clamp the bike on the frame close to the CG rather than on the seat post, otherwise the extendable arm will tilt forward because the adjustment screw doesn't hold it that tight. If your bike's cables are exposed and run along the top of the frame then this might be an issue (just in that you won't be able to shift or brake while clamped). It's not an issue as long as the cables are contained in a housing, which is the case on most mountain bikes.- Make sure the metal tubes on the stand are fully inserted into the plastic connector pieces, or else it will put excessive stress on them and potentially cause them to fail. On each of the plastic pieces there is a slit running down the side so you can see how far the tube is inserted, make sure you can see orange tubing along the entire length of the slits.- The rubber strap at the end of the wheel holder is tough to snap into place because the rubber is so hard, that's really my only complaint about this stand.Buy it!

Great bike rack, great price!
I bought this bike rack after leaning my bike up against a wall, or flipping it upside down or something during repairs for the last 15 years. All those years of frustration when the bike slipped, the handlebars moved and bonked me in the face, ugh. 15 years. Why I didn't pony up the $45 for one of these long ago, I'll never know. Don't do what I did. This bike rack is quality and priced less than its competition.Pros:* Solid construction. More than tough enough for your one or two bikes in your home/garage/apt. If you own a shop, this *might* not be for you. Shops see dozens of bikes a day, and their racks need to last years and years of abuse. I use this rack to store/repair/maintain my bike, and it feels more than up to the task for many years to come.* Heavy construction. Literally heavy. This keeps it grounded when you are wrenching on you bike.* Legs are adjustable in spread. You can pull them in to get it in a tight corner, or let it wide as about 4 foot square.* Comes with additional, optional, easily adjustable, support bar. This lets to you stow the handlebars in a flash, so they don"t move, bonk your head during repairs. Great little nothing addition to the product that you *will* end up using.* Features little tool shelf. Thought it was a throw away feature until I made a repair. Then I found my self talking out loud about how convenient it was to have a tiny little cupped shelf at waste level, there to put screws and brakes and nuts and bolts in. Another little nothing that makes a difference.* Easily adjustable height main pole. Matches your height just too quickly.* Solid clamping mechanism to grip you bike, with soft rubber so it wont scratch the paint, rotatable both x axiz and z axiz.Cons:* Heavy construction. It's actually sort of heavy. This is only a problem once, though.* The soft rubber padding on the clamp where it grabs your bike sometimes pop off. A little hot glue fixes that right up but, its still annoying the first few times until you like, hot glue it down.* Seems a tiny bit thrown together in construction, rough around the edges like. Its tough, and solid, and sound, works great, and will last. But, it doesn't feel tailored and high end. It feels like Army issue, more than tough enough, outfitted to do the job, rough around the edges, $45 special. Think pick-up truck vs luxury sedan. This is a pick-up truck.Seriously though, It works great, its tough, its dirt cheap, it'll fit in any corner of your house/garage/apt, its a fun color. What more do you want?

Get this bike stand, and don't listen to the negative reviews.
Update: 2/4/2022.Still a great stand. The people that say this is "cheap" or "junk" are wrong. If this stand is junk then sign me up for more. I used this stand this weekend to fix up a bike I had purchased on Craigslist. The stand easily held the bike anyway I wanted it turned. I even turned it upside down, to add JBWeld to the head tube, so I could get the stem out. The stem on the bike was stuck because of dried paint, and would loosen after striking the stem with a hammer to loosen the fixing bolt. I used the hammer on the bike while in the stand as well. Next I was able to raise the bike higher, to eye level and work on the brakes and shifting. There was never a time when the stand was not sturdy, and reliable. The tool stand was great as well as the handlebar holder rod. I was able to place the clamp on the top tube and still shift through the gears without any trouble to the cables. I was able to mount the bike by the seat post as well, by turning the clamp. Held solidly no matter what position. I look forward to using it again. If you are on the fence over buying this, get it. Great price, good quality, compact storage, opens to a stable stand that can raise your bike to eye level without being wobbly.

Very good
Suprisingly solid for the price, solid grip. Not a professional tool, but a good investment for home maintenance of your bike.

Rubber mallet worked great to set top post, no sagging will occur
Had many issues with sag until I measured with a scale the depth I had inserted the horizontal post.I was short by 0.75 inches, their customer service recommended I use a rubber mallet to marry the black plastic key to the metal notch in the vertical section, all good now !!!

Its Orangeness Keeps You in the Black
It is sturdy and easy to assemble and take apart so it can be put away. You can't beat the price either. It's orange so you can never misplace it!

easy assembly, priced ok
decent quality, fast delivery, easy assembly, priced ok.thats the 4 stars given.what stopped the climbing of rating as follow:it comes with no assembling instructions and paper for warranty.tips:i ve been a long time user of the bikes, repaired many of them at the Decathlon workshop. this clamp stand is not as firm and smooth as those at the workstation. but you should have no problems using them at home, many of us do not own more than 6 bikes at the same time, such a heavy duty clamp stand is not a must. however, if you do perfer the boosting effect of the productivity from the best toolkit, id suggest expensive items. this one is imaginably the exact example of priced right at the point.
