Mine doesn't have any yellow tubing; sorry.

Will the loop ends fit through kayak scupper holes?

It appears as though the kayak scupper holes are too small for the loop end to go through. An adapter that will go through the holes should be used with the cable, that way the superior strength of the cable can be utilized.

What is the width of the plastic part where the loop meets? It says master lock on it. Thanks in advance.

Probably about 1/2 of an inch, BTW this lock is amazing and totally worth the buy.
