Dear Melnish,

The pump only outputs water with a pressure of 2,69 bar. That is probably not enough to clean your patio.  The pump is able to move a lot of water per minute but not with high pressure.  For cleaning your patio you will need to have a look at a pressure washer that operates at +100 bar pressure.

Question 2

Considering on buying this pump but would like to ask, would it be suitable for emptying wet well, silty ponds, etc.

I use mine to draw water from ground stand pipe, which I believe is between 10 and 15 deep. It comes with a filter which you could use to drain the ponds. It’s definitely powerful enough to fill my 1000 Ltr IBC tanks in about 10 mins.

Question 3

Can I extract all the water from a flooded basement? For example if you have a flooded basement With 2cm water can it pump it?

Hi Anastasios, 
The WP2-35 pump is perfect if you need to pump out several feet of water. This type of pump is not suited for 2 cm of water. It will quickly run dry which is not helping lowering the water level. It does lower the lifespan of the pump. I would look out for a sump pump in combination with a sump pit, a solution that could drain the basement entirely. If flooding is occurring often you might want to consider this approach. If a sump pit is no option please take into account even with the best sump pump a small layer (few mm's) of water will probably remain on the floor.

Hi, i bought this pump a month ago and just opened it to use. the pump is running fine but does not suck any water at all. am i doing something wrong

Did you prime the pump? It should be filled with water before you start it up otherwise it will not suck any water. I do not know if this is your problem but this can be a cause of the pump not functioning. You need about 4 litres in the reservoir. John
