I read a bunch of reviews on derma rollers before I got this one. Do not listen to the lies - yes, even the .25 mm does hurt! This derma roller came in a case and seemed to be medically sealed, which was nice. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but that turned out to be good when I started using it. It was easy to hold with no squeaking. The instructions weren’t great but with YouTube, that wasn’t very important. I have been using it every other day without issue. However, I didn’t see any noticeable results so far besides increasing the product absorption. I looked into this and it seems I need a .5 mm or higher needle length for more visible results and that the .25 mm does not actually help with collagen, just product absorption. I am going to change to a different roller but perhaps this would have had more visible results if I was more patient and gave this a longer trial period.

I did a great deal of reading on using a derma roller and was eager to put it to the test at home. The .25 size is excellent since it gets your skin feeling tingling and little reddish, but I don't think it helped much at all to help facial wrinkles, creases, and acne scars. I've used it three times per week for a couple months and haven't noticed any kind of an improvement. I'd prefer spending extra money on a qualified spa's needling facial. This is more of a device for opening up your pores and allowing your face creams and moisturizers to soak in (which is why I use it)

This is great. I was skeptical at first that this would really work, I kind of thought it was just a new beauty fad but I decided to try it out and see for myself. To my surprise, I actually see a change ! Skin is smoother and brighter for sure. I think you have to have bigger needles to see a change in acne scars which freaks me out and I won’t be doing, but for just adding a little life to my face I’ll keel using this for sure.

I had absolutely no trouble using this dermaroller and I am new to this item. I chose this one based on the reviews and because it appeared to be coming from a manufacturer with a medical presentation. It did not hurt and I applied my serums afterwards. I cleaned it with alcohol before and after. It was obviously brand new and has a nice case for storage. I plan to keep up with it once a week - I did notice that my skin appears a bit brighter after using.

The product worked well, but the effects didn't last long enough. Right after use my skin was a bit plumper and flushed for a few hours, comparable to a slight sun burn.Felt refreshing!It didn't cause any problems or irritation at all to my face and I even used it lightly on my under eye area.Soaked the roller head in alcohol after each use for approximately 15 minutes.

I got this to up my skincare game. I have been using it for several weeks and have not noticed any changes, good or bad. I'll keep trying.

Been using this for a about a week and it has really helped with my blemishes. Be sure to wash your face before using and moisturize after!
