These are excellent. The response to standard queries: 1) the capsules are a tad smaller than my last ones and are smoother and less over-filled for their intended capacity. The photo shows their size compared to 10p and 20p. Overall they are easier to swallow. 2) you take two together per day, that is the serving. I take them 1-2 hours before sleeping. 3) when I first researched Mg supplements years ago I concluded that in glycinate form it is less troublesome for your tummy. So now why I find them excellent. They have done more for me than the last brand ever did. I've been sleeping soundly and deeply since the first night I took these. I don't wind myself up looking for improvements and so it was only a few days later that I realised and what it was down to. I already take melatonin and another medication to help me drift off and to ensure I get proper restorative sleep. These have added something I did not expect. I've not had any leg-twitching or painful heaviness yet either but that could be circumstantial. Just like everyone else I tried to find how much actual available magnesium were in these tablets and had to just get some ordered as you can go round and round in circles. The two things that made me choose these in the end were the comparable cost (a few pounds less per month) and the added vitamins (I didn't obsess over this either). Knowing it's an effective product really helps when you're following an ongoing and costly vitamin protocol. I'm someone that is 4/5 years now into diagnosis, breaking down and rehabilitating myself (as is the way with chronic pain conditions, there's not much medics can do) and it's a huge win to still find improvements. I see many of you are just starting out and it can get better 💜 This is just what I find useful and always talk to your doctor about symptoms and taking things. I don't require you to find this review 'helpful '. I can't believe that's now a thing to seek approval through Amazon reviews!! 🙀 Am I missing something?!?

Good product and does what is intended!

An excellent product produced by a company that is dedicated to health improvements in a toxic world where we are overloaded with contaminants. Research shows how important magnesium is and what better to combine it with than B6, pantothenic acid and Zinc? As an arthritis sufferer as well as intermittent bouts of Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome I need these ingredients for a number of reasons - too many to list here. I have been taking two of these easy-to-swallow capsules every evening for 21 days & am impressed with the results. Gut health has improved and I am getting a good, uninterrupted night's sleep, vital for pain regulation & general well-being. I use many of Nu U's supplements & have not been disappointed yet. The new Platinum series, including this, easily absorbed magnesium + product, have surpassed my expectations, both for quality and value for money. Excellent customer service is the icing on the cake. I can highly recommend both this product and Nu U Nutrition 😊

Best type of magnesium with a great price.

I rarely leave reviews but I felt that I had to share my experience of this product. I’m 55, deep in to the menopause and one of my symptoms is night sweats and broken sleep. Im still getting a couple of hot sweats that wake me up but this product has really helped with my sleep. I’m feeling more refreshed when I wake up. I would highly recommend these.

I take two of these along with L-Theanine+Lemon balm and L-Tryptophan 1 hour before bed and I sleep like a log. Sometimes I still wake up but soon drift off again as I don’t have the constant chatter in my head and overthinking. It’s the vitamin B6 and zinc that makes the difference in this supplement. Before I found these I can’t tell you how much I spent on different magnesium supplements to go along with the other above named supplements, they would help me go to sleep but not stay asleep

I had no idea when I bought this that magnesium supplements - particularly magnesium glycinate - may cause palpitations. (Magnesium is an electrolyte, so can affect the working of the muscles.) If you do a search on social media you'll find many complaints of this side effect. Anyway, I got very powerful and unpleasant palpitations within a day or two of taking these tablets. And once I stopped taking the tablets they stopped. Causation is not correlation- but this is enough evidence for me! I have given this three stars not one, partly because I thought a 3 star review is more likely to be read, and partly because I have no complaints about inferior ingredients- rather this was about my reaction to the product- and many others on social media.
